Specific
Next to primary research, secondary research is used on the completion of previous study and
then results applied to present situation, and it is not easy to find through internet but also low
cost. Although, it may not generate correct output, and organization may be not aware about it.
Data sources
A huge collection of data is constructed by a surveys, interviews, self questionnaires in
East end computing & business college, which is composed by college team to know personal
reviews of people in area, that will lead to design a new system. The main source to gathered
data is these diaries that feedbacks.

Research instruments
4
Research instruments is a normally a measurement device that includes survey, self
created questionnaires, test, etc., which uses open and closed structures. It uses flowcharts, tally
sheets, rating scales, performance check lists, time and motion logs and observation forms.
Reliability and validity
Reliability can be refer as consistency, if an experiment or some other measuring
procedure yielding to same results. It can also be define in terms of getting the previous output
from different resources like asking same questions from diverse population. Whereas validity is
extent to which an instrument measures what it is supposed to measure and performance as it is
designed to perform. For and instance, a blood pressure instrument is used to measure blood
pressure so it is proved validation (Eid, 2013).
Ethics
In East end computing & business college commencing a research to investigating
recycling, so there is no information in questionnaire that can be identify personally.
Participation is voluntary and if any one wants to drop, then they can drop their names at any
time. All queries are matters to confidentiality, although only summary measures and
conclusions will be kept in final research report. No data or opinions will be associated with any
individual, and entire questionnaire will be returned directly to researcher and data will be
destroyed, once it is input to system. The data will be used only for research purpose.
Limitations
This project has a crucial limitation, its sample size for investigation, because ECBC has
