P1 Introduction
For an organisation, it is require to use different kind of elements in their firm to getting
effective growth and desired outcomes easily. This report is based on East Computing and
Business College which is a private higher education college located in London. This college
was established in the year of 2001 to providing educational services to local and international
student. This college provide higher education facility to students in business management, It,
hotel management, Health and social care, tourism and t revel, Accountancy and marketing as
well. They provide quality education to their students in appropriate manner. This college have
effective working and education environment for teacher and students as well.
Overview of project management
Project management is an effective process that used to make proper planning,
organising, implementing, controlling and provide appropriate data to others. Project planning
includes different factors as Cost, Scope, Time, Quality, Communication, Risk and Resources as
well.
As per the words of Zott, Amit and Massa, (2011) Project management is a specific
process that include different kind of action plan such as planning, organising, implementing,
monitoring and controlling as well. These kind of activities are uses to gain short or long term
benefits easily. These activities include effective method for project management plan.
Phases of Project management
 Project initiation – This is first phase of project management cycle which is include
different methods as Project kick off, objective and scope, scheduling as well as
budgeting.
 Project control – This process include different activities such as Stage kick off, Board
meeting for project, appropriate control, quality control as well as level end measure.

In this study considered a proper project plan for the purpose of Recycling. East End
Computing and Business College (ECBC) which was established in the year of 2001. this college
is situated at London, UK. There are around 400 students, 20 teachers and many more people are
working at this college (Teece, 2010). It provide various courses of business management. In the
current time, East End college have no facilities or management of recycling. Therefore, in this
requires proper facilities of recycling for managing and maintaining environment of the institute.
People are using various plastic products or materials such as cups, bottles, papers, plastic bags,
pens and several items within the organisation. So that it is necessary to recycle all these on daily
basis. Recycling is defined as the procedure which is compulsory for every firm because it helps
in global warming as well as environment. It is an essential that support in saving the wealth of
world so it can be said that East End College requires to consider this for creating better climate
or atmosphere within an organisation. Therefore, this firm take step to use of bin so that every
rubbish or garbage can be put in that bin. It must be necessary to adopt the system of recycling
for the purpose of improving image or goodwill of the firm, so that they can consider this to
create positive brand of institute. It is the moral duty of this college that to take care of the nature
environment and resources for healthy climate because East End college is generating more
revenues from running the organisation therefore it is the responsibility of them to give back to
the society (Stokes, Wilson and Wilson, 2010). It can be said that this is the corporate social
responsibility which must be required for every firms. This concept should be adopted by this
college for the purpose of gaining maximum returns because it support in increasing goodwill
and market image in the competitive world.

Project Aim: The main purpose of this project is to protect or help to global warming and
environment.
East End College is trying to protect the environment by various factors such as
pollutions and minimising wastages. Therefore, this firm has good intention towards global

warming and climate by utilising the system of recycling and its adaptations. This institution
requires to consider corporate social responsibility for people welfare because it is necessary to
give back to the society and environment.
Project Objectives:
 The major objective of this college is to create positive image.
 This report must be delivered by 8th of April 2018.
 This project should be complete at total budget of Euro 7,100.
 To investigate the approval of stakeholder for the purpose of recycling at East End
College.
This project report also consider the research as conduct a survey for finding variety of bins in
this institution in an effective manner.

in focus area, and it is does not contain any numerical data, it is used to attain an understanding
of underlying reasons, view and psychological feature. Quality comes from the insights of
problems that need to discover from opinions, it is a collection of structured and unstructured

discussions, interviews, observations, diary accounts, etc.
On the other hand, Quantitative research defines in terms of quantity of problems
containing numerical data that is used derive usable statistics, which is used gathered data in the
form of opinions, behaviours surveys. This research is used to examine theories which can be
affect or reject ultimately (Fitzgerald, Kruschwitz and Welch, 2014). It has some methods that
are used to generate data, like experiments, questionnaires, etc. and then data analysis used to
draw output.

conducted by the firm or owner of an organization. Thus, it includes focused groups, study,

P6 Recommendations
According to survey of 25 people in the East End College, it has been analysed that some
of persons advices about adoptions of recycling because they were showing their interest towards
this recycle. It is required to consider these systems by management regarding project. This
concept is very necessary for every organisation as well as household too. Most of people are
using recycling and promoting it for encouraging another individuals towards these. As a
manager of this project, it has recommended that college have to required for adopting recycle
system as soon as possible. It will support in increasing brand image and goodwill among
competitors and also support in attracting number of students. Being a part of business ethics,
East End College have to do good things for society and environmental welfare. There should be
proper management in this organisation as clean and green atmosphere necessary. Some
stakeholders also recommend various aspects such as;
 The recycle project must be go ahead for healthy environment.
 This project should be complete during 10 weeks.
 The budget of this project is Euro 7,100 pound.

Description: In this, I made a project plan and a approval from management regarding
this. In next, I prepare a questionnaire which relevant of project and gathered data or information
from stakeholders of this college. This task was very difficult for me in collecting information as
management team are busy as usual.
Feelings: In this, I was very excited in drawing project management plan. During
learning class, we have various activities and I was hope and less times just because of lack of
coordination in my team. Only I have completed my work as well as group activity.
Evaluation: In this phase, we have divided a sessions during preparation of
questionnaires which was very excitement moment for me. Every persons share their ideas and
opinions with teachers regarding recycling. This task was also very difficult for preparing proper
questionnaires and formulated that in an effective manner.
Analysis: It has been analysed that recycling is the essential element for East End
College in this present scenario. This project plan completed successfully because number of
people are showing their interest in the system of recycling and also they are recommending
several ideas or views regarding this.

Conclusion: I developed an effective plan for good recycling so that healthy environment
can be created in East End College. Many of stakeholders advice about this project. This should
be adopt by college for creating good image in the society and build better relationship among
people.
Action plan: There are some negative facts of this project which must be required to
improve in my next project. I have learnt many things from this project regarding recycle system.
Now I am able to make another project in an appropriate manner in the future.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that recycling in college that lead to achieve
number of benefits and advantages. By applying this into their system they can able to work
effectively and efficiently. It also results in enhancing the productiveness of work procedure and
tasks. This report focuses on East End Computing and Business college which have adopted the
recycling process into their organisation. By applying this procedure they can able to gain
competitive advantage in competitive business environment. Apart from it there are importance
of work breakdown structure and Gantt chart. With the help of this technique they can able to
