INTRODUCTION
Digital technology is powerful tool that are able to make impact over any business or
organisation by promoting goods across the international marketplace in advanced manner. Now
a days more of firm are adopting effective and suitable technology that helps in enhancing the
profit and upgrade the working techniques (Cavusgil et. al., 2014). It is a famous concept in
present situation or economy to facilitates many opportunity and frame new directions for
business. this is a process that is used to connect different more companies to new and real world
in order to have suitable working advantages in easy manner. This assignment report is based on
East End Computing and Business collage which is located in the London. They are providing
higher education and operating as a private collage. The collage is launched and founded in the
year of 2001 in order to facilitating educational services to international and local student along
with it collage is having larger number of employees or teachers therefore the collage needs to
have digitalization in their organisation's different departments like marketing, accounting,
operations and HR. as collages suppose to start swipe card facility for their teachers to improve
attendance record and other efficiency of operation. This report involves Aim and objectives of
East End Collage, project management plan, structure of work breakdown and Gantt Chart. At
the last phase it showcasing small scale research, research and data uses, recommendation along
with self reflection.

Digital technology has wider concept and structure for environment of business. With the
help of it any organisation can effectively grab their desired goal and higher business growth in
suitable manner. In context of East End Collage, digital technology will be helpful to them to
attain their target goals and objective in pre determine time duration to serves better quality
services to teachers and students. By applying this process, East End collage will be capable to
capture more eyes of customers, to understand advantages of digitalisation in their techniques of
operation in easy way (Dezdar and Ainin, 2011). For this collage digital technology will help

in well manner. This is essential in increasing brand value of college among students because

growing fasts and companies are to be digitalised for running their business functions. There are

It's a management technique through which collection of information is done for
achieving company's objective for making working approaches more efficient and suitable. This
methodology is implement within college for analysing how to implement, monitor and execute
new digital technology as well as control and maintenance procedure for applying latest digital
technology within their premises for employees as well as students for enhancing their
productivity and performances. There are several component are discussed below-
Cost: For smooth and effective working within East End Computing and Business
College, adopt and implementation of digital technology is must throughout organisation (Porter
and Kramer,2011). Cost of this project may affect other projects priority or working
environment, so college had to analyse among all different digital technology which is cost
effective and more suitable for their organisation. As per the adoption of new technology and

are wider scope of such project as ECBC can organise its various functions and activities with
effective manner and improve entire performance for achieving success. Digital marketing will
be suitable in creating awareness among targeted students who want to get different courses and
educations from reputed college. They can improve various activities including promotional
tools, advertisements, administration and others for providing informations through digital tool.
Time: After adopting and implementing digital technologies, most precious thing in this
world i.e. time, can be saved and utilise that precious time into other activity. Digitalisation saves
so much extra time and cost which affect directly on workforce working performances and
productivity. This project will take at least six month for proper executions and implementation
within ECBC. They can use Critical Path Method for analysing time factors regarding project
and defined the adequate time frame for completion of it.
Quality: Project management technique is applied to build belief of a particular objective
which is used by team leader or manager for acquiring high business profits. This provide
assistance in building effectivenesses throughout procedures and working approaches within
