Introduction
Business projects are successful if the activities are carried carefully. This study will discuss
project planning, conduct primary and secondary research, findings and reflection.
MAIN BODY
Aim:
To explore talent management strategy for retaining and attracting people towards organisation
in retail sector. A study on Burberry.
Objectives:
 To develop knowledge about the concept of talent management.
 To analyse methods of talent management in the company.
 To evaluate association between talent management and retaining employees with
regards to Burberry.
 To recommend strategies of talent management to Burberry.
Step 1- Project planning
Designing project management plan:
Cost:
Cost is the price which is allotted to each activity of the research. This research will required £
700. This cost is calculated by analysing each activity and calculating cost associated with it. In
order to complete research in given budget cost is assigned to every activity (Ma and et.al.,
2018).
Scope:
The scope of the research is that it will explain and explore the work and also evaluate the
parameters of the study. The study will cover that what are the talent management strategies
which can be helpful for retaining employees in the organisation. Research will also include
various techniques which will be helpful in making the investigation successful.
Resources:
Resources which are used in conducting research are books and journals, internet, survey is also
conducted via questionnaire in which 30 employee are asked questions related to talent
management of the company.
Time:

It will show that at what time period research will be completed (Lee and et.al., 2018). This
research will take 5 weeks to be completed.
Quality:
It shows that research is reliable or not. This research is conducted activities through ethical
means. Unethical practices are not done in the research. Research is transparent and auditability.
