There is a essential need of talent management practises that is required by the individuals and the
organisation both. As talent management helps the organisation in development of the individual and
enhancing employees productivity and profitability. Their are various talent management strategies which
are being used in the firm like rewards and appreciation and training and development etc. the
organisation selected in this report is Asda.

AIM AND OBJECTIVES
Aim: “To determine the importance of the strategies used in the organisation to retain and develop their
employees for long time.” A study on Asda.
Objectives:
To determine the several strategies used by Asda for retaining and management of employees at the
workplace.
To analyse various benefits of talent management in improving of the employees effectiveness and their
motivation.
