Tesco which is a British multinational organisation operating in retail sector.
Overview of the organisation:
Tesco is a British multinational company which is operating globally and providing services in a
number of different countries. It was established by Jack Cohen in the year 1919. It is a multinational
organisation which provides a number of different services and products such as clothing, grocery, accessories
and so on. The multinational joint is using a number of different strategies in order to make sure that talent of

I am glad to get the opportunity of working on the research. The aim of the research topic is to identify
the importance of talent management strategies in order to attract and retain talented employees. Thi8s involve
number of evolution which have to be conducted in order to meet needs and perform task in effective way.
This is based on evaluating talent management as an approach in business firm where I can underst6and about
the concept of talent management. This research is helpful for me to achieve my objectives as well as perform
a function in an appropriate manner. This research also helped me in getting an insight about the concept of
talent management and using it for personal development. The current research helps me in developing various
functions where I can identify the current requirements of the business as well as can develop my different
skills. The skills are related to analytical communication in various other which are required to perform the
future objectives and achieve my personal goals and objectives. By conducting this research, I also get
opportunity to identify various concepts of talent management as well as its importance for the organisation to
achieve better profitability and managing the function appropriately. This also help me in gaining appropriate
knowledge about my future career where I can develop my analytical skills to perform in a better way. this
also helps me in gain thinks done according to needs of researcher and adding this to my experience. I have
learned and analyzed that the talent management is crucial for company in their working environment. When I
was performing this research there are some problems associated with data collection which are faced by me.
These are related to authentication of information and use of information in context of chosen firm\. In order
to eliminate this problem, I use authentic sources for completing this project. Also, the talent of the employees
must be utilized effectively by the employer in order to gain competitive edge. I have faced some of the
problems in collecting the data for the research report but after that I got to know the understanding of the
critical aspects of the talent management. I will rate myself on the basis of this report as 7 out of 10. I have
resolved my problems by prioritizing the work and activities and developing strategies for successful
completion of the project. I also evaluated that this project is helpful in targeting my key strength and
weakness that are essential in order to perform task. After performing this research, I also evaluated that this
will helps me in developing my future career as there are number of opportunities that can be use by me in
order to perform in effective way and achieving business objectives.
