INTRODUCTION Globalisation is a continuous process of integration and interaction among various people, business entities as well as government of different countries. It is a long lasting through which business or any company develops their international business level (Chen, 2012). This project will be carry out on the Barclays bank, which is the leading British commercial bank, deals in financial services and investment generation. This business organisation is currently headquartered in City of Manchester, United Kingdom. As, globalisation is necessary to uphold or carry business expansion for longer period of time. Apart from this, report will be cover on covering aim of the project and outline various objectives, including the aspects of cost, time, scope, communication and quality of a project management plan. This report will also covers concepts of Gantt chart and work breakdown structure. Lastly, report will also cover analysis & interpretation on the basis of questionnaires. In short, small scale research will be undertaken to find suitable results out of complete research. Brief summary:Impact of globalisation will be side of positive & negative to Barclays bank operation, as it deals with making continuous changes in functioning of every business operation along with encouraging higher profitability & productivity. Positive impact of globalisation in context with Barclays bank in the UK: Economic:Globalisationhas been included business activities related to expansion, growth formulation along with bringing down sustainability into the business function, which simply resulted into an increased the economic strength & opportunities for the Barclays bank. It has simply brought business power & potential to economic scenario and financial stability of the Barclays bank. In the United Kingdom, globalisation has resulted in long lasting business relationship with nations of Europe, Asia etc. Cultural:Globalisation has been proved for cultural development through creativity and usage of various innovative product & services with an intention to develop social leads. Globalisation has simply brought interest of an individual entity for development of social awarenessandworkforitslongwelfare(Ong,2015).IncontextwithBarclaysbank, globalisation has led to cultural development of societal people and growth of this leading bank.
Ethical:Globalisation has brought productive employee's attitude & behaviour who are working in different functions of the Barclays bank and its branches. It has been led to ethical regulation, code of conduct along with effective working its business environment. Ethical issues can be solved through sustainability practices towards business regulation (Lai, 2017). For Barclays bank, globalisation results into sincere work, positive behaviour and development of business structure. Background of the Research This research study is based on finding impact of globalisation on business function & operation of the Barclays bank. It has been noticed that every business have different structure components such as operation, marketing, human resource & accounts etc., which are simply responsible for business growth & productivity for future tenure. In context with Barclays bank, these organisational function are focused towards ascertaining scope of business expansion and enables higher growth and productivity from its business operation (Planken, 2010). Also, impact of political, cultural & ethical aspects is huge and wide to put both positive & negative on business activities. As, this project will be carried on Barclays bank. Brief discussion of its business function are as follows: Operation:Globalisation has led to productive control of business process of Barclays, through involvement of technology, artificial intelligence and human empowerment. Hence, it has been proved operations of Barclays bank are more easy and convenient to carry on. Thus, it will be beneficial for higher productivity & profit generation. Marketing:Globalisation has brought different promotion channels for marketing Dept. of Barclays bank along with higher suitability to acquire customer attentions. Through inter-role of advertisement agencies, promotion of products & services has led to creation of brand image and Barclays bank reputation. Human resource:Human resource regulation has become effective through globalisation practices and strategic planning to motivate workforce to get their bigger contribution to success of its business operations & activities (Kankaanranta, 2016). Project manager needs to structure required budget to carry on project task such as deciding topics, finding required resources and hiring of adequate manpower etc. (Lubinski,2012).Thiscostwillalsoincludescollecting data/information from respondents and higher involvement of people, by giving training to them in pre-stage of this project. In this research, budgeted cost has been set toยฃ1500 and also additional funds of ยฃ120 has been saved to reserves to bear any future expenses. In addition, Barclays actually requires funds of ยฃ150 to expand their business functioning to another level. Budget of add on ยฃ650 has been arranged to do develop financial services & required infrastructures. In response, Barclays bank is looking for their business development such as increasing business size & structures, expanding operation along with

Time Time is most important element for every business project. As, it helps to maintain flow of project within measures to keep deadlines into the mind. Any project, whether assessment or research, time is a one most variable to complete work on time duration (Incelli, 2013). In this project, time period of 2 months has been set to complete defined tasks assigned. This time will start from deciding of topic, structuring of questionnaire, analysis along with finding valid conclusion & results. Actually, these two months are divided into two parts: first month for setting aims and objectives of research project and second months will be for doing survey, interpretation & analysis to arrive at the valuable conclusion. Apart from this, Barclays needs one year minimum to expand their business at the another level. In this project, major focus will be prefer to time & cost saving. Quality Quality is more essential and necessary part of every business project. Through this, knowledge of effective working along with quality rise to work. In this project, manager has decided to includes SPSS, which is a statistical tool to calculate data & doing analysis in a productive manner (Bjurko, 2010). Also, plagiarism check tool will be used to check whether anycopy paste has not been happened to maintain real identity of the project. Total quality measurement technique should be used to enablesproductive quality out of the entire project along with pilot testing to know at what level collected data/information will survive and what will be its suitability. Work Breakdown structure: WBS is basically termed as well-defined structure, through which project manager divides the complex or critical work of the project in small units or parts, so that the project will be completed in the given time tenure. Also, WBS will assist project manager in executing, managing & controlling the given research project on result outcomes based manner (Smith, 2014). The small units or parts are given to the team people, so that they would complete their designated work with available power or efficiency. Through this structure, project manager of this project will estimates the cost of project required to arrange and perform execution as per the goals set to accomplish valid conclusion. In this research project, work breakdown structure will be divided into four different phases: initiation, planning, execution and evaluation stage.
Gantt chart: This chart was developed by Henry L. Gantt, who was great engineer. This structured chart is a graphical representation of every work or task, with theclear response that project manager will easily estimate the time, phases or track the activities for completing the project in the given time period (Tushman, 2010). The activities/tasks are categorised as per the individual needs or priorities given in the Gantt chart. This would help project manager for tracking the performance level of their team members for conducting this group project, in such a way, they can provide training to least work performer. Along with this, the team mates should provide their higher contribution on their respective tasks or work, which would helpful them for the firm in bringing competitive advantage at the business place. For this research project, Gantt chart has divided into different events on the basis of funds available to the team.

faced was time shortage, as research project is in complete detailed structure, which has stated that at-least 25 days more from stated one. Time tenure of 2 months is insufficient. Another issue was improper availability of funds and money, Because this research consists of high utilization of resources. The major reason for limited funds was generation of limited cost budget to entire tea, group. Also, I had faced problems while interacting to different respondents of attitude and behaviour, on this I noticed that my weak communication skills and lack of knowledge & skills required for conducting research was inaccurate. Lastly, this project made me actually realize that I need to work lot more on my actual & potential skills and talents to make future projects -โA growing successโ. CONCLUSION From the above report, it has been concluded that globalisation is necessary to grow and raise any business more than the expectation level. It has been resulted into both positive and negative impact on business regulations. Defining aims & objectives is necessary to uphold true purpose of every research project to arrive at the valid and suitable conclusion. Project management plan has played necessary role in ascertaining various resources such as cost, time, scope, manpower, communication to conduct research properly with suitability to arrive at valid conclusions.
