All engaged workforce aids an organisation to manage and control their business at international level. This report is written from perspective of ASDA which is a multi-national organisation operating its business in retail industry(Adam and Danaparamita, 2016). Moreover, there is large numberofworkforceisincludedamongorganisationoperationwhichhelpstoperform operations at global level. This report highlights on aim and objective of organisation and project management plan related with equality and diversity. In the last, recommendation on research methods will also include in this report. TASK 1 P1 Aim and objectives In the present scenario, number of business operations and market size both are increasing with rapid speed(Christian, 2019). So it is essential for ASDA to perform and manage their business at different locations by implementing right policy that leads organisation to provide equal and similar platform for all individuals who perform their role in business(Bender, Klarsfeld and Laufer, 2014). Further, the main aim of organisation to implement equality and
diversity policy is to provide similar opportunity for all individuals that help to retain potential employees for longer period in management. Project-With the help of project or project manager a business is able to develop an effective set of action or activities which leads to complete all work in an organised manner. In the context of ASDA project is used by management to perform its operations with systematic number of steps.
