KFC considers Mc Donald's not to be its immediate rivals. Since Mc Donald's has a small menu and
addresses various sections of society, for example Mc Donald's cater to Pakistan's lower middle society.
KFC faced small competition from local restaurants, but its sales gap is over and plans to extend to other
towns such as Islamabad and Peshawar.

MacDonald’s is the multinational fast food chain division of
Pakistan, McDonald's. His first restaurant was founded in
Lahore, followed in September 1998 by his second restaurant in
Karachi. McDonald's Pakistan currently runs 72 branches,
serving millions of consumers in 24 major cities nationwide.
Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Multan, Hyderabad, Quetta,
Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Sialkot, Sheikhupura, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Gujrat, Sahiwal,
Abbottabad and Jhelum are among their franchise locations. Karachi and Islamabad-Rawalpindi are the

The McDonald's initiative is a multinational brand responsible for offering healthy products at cheaper
prices, consumer services and employment options and will analyses how McDonalds promote the
recruitment, procurement and education of its workforce to satisfy foreign demands. The project
priorities and goals will be determined at the beginning of this project study. A project management
strategy covering the cost, scale, time, efficiency, coordination and risk aspects, alongside capital, will be
included in this second part of the study. With the Gantt Map and the framework break down, the project
summary will include timeframes, phases as well for competition. Using a questionnaire, a small-scale
study is carried out. To analyses the collected data, appropriate instruments will be used, which will
include few guidelines for an investigation of the McDonald's.
