launch new product in local as well as international markets as this will help in making

working at global markets.
Strong and effective business and marketing strategies are used by managers of M&S for
making profits and money. There is a need for usage of techniques based on market
research which will help in expansion of market by Marks & Spencer.
It is also recommended that adequate analysis of target market is very necessary for
launching of new product in the market. This is related with what are the preferences for
customers according to their requirement and taste changes have to be made in their
products.
There is also a need for considering the time factor by M&S as there is already a very
high competition which is prevailing in the market and for achievement of a competitive
position it becomes very necessary to continuously monitor the actions and products
which competitors are launching in market.
