Topic: To analyse diverse and inclusive workforce importance in order to achieve
organizational objectives”
INTRODUCTION
This research project will aim to examine different area of diversity and equality at
workplace. It also particularly emphasis on how the diversity managed in working environment
or culture. Diversity and equality are highly relevant and based on the concept that ensure of
every employee has same type of access in terms of career development opportunities. The
diversity and inclusion strategy helpful for business that should place equal values on all people
within organization. It highlights the qualitative and qualitative methods to collect the required
data.
Background: Diversity is a concept that understand about the dealing with diverse socio-
economic culture and political. As Marks and Spencer is offering high quality of services to
customers and producing the superior products which are more focused on ensuring that
inclusive work culture and diversity that exists within organization. Sometimes, it will create the
sustain diverse which improving the work environment experience to improve productivity,
talent retention, job satisfaction, customer services. (Kollman, 2016). Diversity and equality are
important factor which improve the productivity and profitability of company. Workforce
diversity means that organization is becoming more heterogeneous mix of people in terms of
ethnicity, age, gender and race. It can be considered on the basis of citizenship and another way
it also identifies the performance of employee that successful completion of task in proper
manner. It is based on theoretical framework related workforce diversity as well as conceptual
framework which always showing the relationship between the depend and independent
variables as per investigation. Due to the Diversity and equality, it has changed the market
rapidly over recent years and now completing in global world. multinational companies are able
to select hire the candidates and provide equal right where they would implement new idea in
business growth and development. workforce diversity makes a huge impact on business
employee that put extra efforts within organization to achieve their goal and objectives by
enhancing and motivating the skills and morale of employees. The study presents the aim and
objectives and the different aspects of project management plan to complete the research project
effectively (Morshed, 2016). It highlights the different methods of conducting research and

present the data in systematic manner. Different tools and techniques of data collection provide
the accurate and reliable information.

implementation of diversity management programmer within organizations.

Rationale
The purpose of research to understand about the concept of diversity and equality at
workplace (Li, 2015). It can be identified the diverse and inclusive workforce importance in
order to gain business goals and objectives, while improving the business productivity in global
marketplace. In this way, it easily identifies the challenges that occurs during the business
operations where employee doesn’t have an equal right to acheieve the specific goals and
objectives. The research project will outline the overall performance of organization in terms of

growth and development. In this way, it also determined the political and social threat that
directly affects on the business performance.
P 2 Project management plan
It is based on the procedure in the form of approved documents that identified how research
project can be executed, monitored and controlled in proper manner. It has summarised in details
document which may include baselines, planning documents and other subsidiary management.
It useful for researcher to understand the scope of project where how can be determined the
overall performance baselines.
Cost: Cost of project refers to the cost incurred in collecting and presenting data. The
cost of the following project is £1000 which includes the cost of stationary, hardware,
laptops and travelling expenses etc.

Scope: scope is defined the combined requirements and objectives to complete the
project within proper manner. The primary scope of the study is wide which is helpful for
both corporate and academic purpose (Halcomb and Hickman, 2015). The scope of the
study is to identify the various tools, techniques and methods of policies to improve
diversity at workplace. It also develops an effective environment so as provide equal right
of each employee.
Time: In research project, time is mainly defined the duration in which all things happen
and instant that somethings to complete task within deadline. Researcher requires time to
gather the primary and secondary data. It is the important aspect of the project which help
to achieve the specific objective of research by reviewing assigned time for each activity
(Van Loon and et.al., 2017). According to the following project researcher requires 11 to
12 weeks to complete the activities.

Quality: It is a process of providing Assurance in project quality to collect accurate
information or data. The secondary data help to assure quality by reviewing the views of
different authors and collecting information from the various published articles and
websites (Kusters, 2016). It should be maintaining the quality of project through
Feedback from the tutor after drafting the proposal also help to assure the quality of
project. Proofreading helps to consider all important aspect of the project. It is the best
way to identify the entire quality of project.
Control chart: It is mainly representing the graph that used to understand overall process
of project development over time. data can be represented in particular time order and
also shown central line, upper line and upper control line.
Flow chart: It is a type of process that represents workflow of entire project. It can be
defined the diagrammatic representation in step by step approach to resolve a task in
proper manner.
Communication: it is an appropriate medium to exchange information from place to
another by using different resources such as email, questionnaire, personal interview,
group discussion. Communication with the respondents are the important aspect of the
study. It also helps to assure the quality of the project (Takey and de Carvalho, 2015). It
can be done by questionnaire, emails, personal interview, group interview etc. The above
report uses the questionnaire method to communicate with the respondent and get their
views regarding the research project.

Risk: Limited resources and budget of the project reflects the research by getting limited
information because researcher are bounds to complete the research in given budget. The
following project faces various risk in conducting the research (Lock, 2017). Due to the
limited time researcher only focus on the key factors of workforce diversity and equality
rather than to getting deeper knowledge. It can be identified potential risk within project
such as financial, technical and external risks. These are important risk that require to
identify during project execution. The suggested to manage risk by implementing an
effective strategy for reducing risk within organization.
Resources: Effective research requires various resources to get the desired outcomes.
The desirable resources used in research such as financial, equipment, manpower, laptop,
stationary, hardware tools, human resource and access of online sites to conduct proper
research. The origin of resources are outsides the organization that can use in different
departments.
