INTRODUCTION
Equality is about fostering and promoting right of each people to be varied. It is assuring
that each person can get equal opportunity and not to be treated differently due to characteristics.
Diversity is related to differences among people and the group of people, placing the positive
values on differences. This report is based on Aston Martin Lagonda. It is full size luxury four
door saloon that manufactured through the British manufacturer Aston Martin (Arief, 2017). It is
an independent manufacturer of grand tourers and luxury sports car. This company is facing the
issue of sexual harassment related to equality and diversity. This report is going to discuss about
developing aim and objectives related to sexual harassment. Quantitative and qualitative methods
of research for meeting the project aims and objectives is going to explain.

Sexual harassment is kind of the harassment that is related to the sexual nature of the
rewards in an exchange for the sexual favours. This consisting actions from the mild
transgressions to be assault. It is against law and harassed the people sexually impact on them in
various ways. At workplace, sexual harassment through an employer is form of the illegal
employment discrimination. In context to this, sexual harassment takes various forms. This can
come from co worker, customer, supervisor, ranges from the unwanted touching etc. For the
organisations, preventing the sexual harassment as well as defending staff members from the
charges of sexual harassment become main goal of the decision making (Batra, 2016). Aston
martin is a British automobile manufacturer in London. The company face the issue related to
sexual harassment as to not dealing with the people in a right manner. This company arise issue
for female employees and not deal with them in a proper manner.

Aston Martin Lagonda.
Objectives
To understand the concept of sexual harassment at workplace.

The project management plan is a document that used to explain each phrase of project.
Project manager develops project management plan that following the inputs from stakeholders.
It is formal and the approved document regarding execution of project, monitored and then
controlled. This is mainly used to explain project team approach that takes deliver the project
scope (Fathimath Fauza, 2016). In context to this, performance of project is to be measured
against baseline of performance measurement involved in project management plan. Different
aspects included in project management plan given below:
Scope- It is charter and refined in project plan through manager. This is necessary for
firm to determine its scope and the reason behind conduct an investigation. The scope of this
project is wider as Aston Martin Lagonda company deals at large scale and focus on conducting
its activities at wider scale.
Cost- It is one of the most necessary aspect in project management plan. Project manager
needs to manage the sufficient amount of money so that all the activities involved in project can
be finished in given period of time. Project manager should manage the money according to the
activities involved (Fiseha, 2018). Involved cost in the project management plan is about £100.
