This study focuses on evaluating the impact of equality and diversity practices on the recruitment, selection, and training strategies in Argos, one of the leading retailers in the UK. The aim is to analyze the current practices, identify challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement. The research methodology includes qualitative data collection and thematic data analysis. The findings suggest that while the majority of employees are aware of equality and diversity, there is still room for improvement in the integration of these practices. The study recommends external recruitment as a strategy to promote equality and diversity in Argos.
