known brand like supermarket and convenience store. Beside this it covers different types
research method which is essential for the company to make effective decision in the well define
manner. This is essential for the growth and expansion of the firm in the well define manner.

achieving competitive advantage”.

report it covers the different aspect which is essentials for making successful research and which

Cost: This is the phase where the researcher thinks about as this aid in determining the
study with the help of relevant resources in the well define manner (Dumont, 2019). However,
this is essentials to have plan before carrying out the research further as this will help in
completion of task in the well define manner. In this research the investigator attempt to examine
the market which help to examine the overall cost in the better way. The estimated cost for
completion of this research will be £500. The researcher must make use of resource effectively

scope and size in the well define manner. The market opportunities and scope for the
organisation have been increases in the recent years and this help in providing quality
information to the examiner. In the context of this project, it contain the large number of scope
which empower the researcher to take advantages of different resources which help in making
effective decision without any hindrances.
Time: This is consider as the essentials elements during the completion of project. This is
important for the investigator to complete the file in time as this help in making effective

research. So this is crucial for making effective decision which help in making quality output.

Gantt chart for the completion of this project . With the assistance of Gantt chart the investigator
manage and monitor the task effectively and make sure that research have been completed in
time or not. This aid the researcher to manage the task and have proper communication to make
sure that research remain on track. In case of present research work different time frame
activities according to the duration and the completion date is determined by the use of a Gantt
chart as mentioned below:

Work Breakdown structure: This is the structure which help in making dividing the
complex task in the smaller way so that work can be managed effectively. In this following

research this has been taken into account as this help in conducting better research for expansion
and growth. There are several other factors which reduces the large research work in to
manageable work and also help in creating quality output for the company.
Milestones:
first step: At this step the individual have collect all the resources effectively and make
proper objective effectively. This improve the project ability and provide direction to the
company.
Second step: The next step is figure out the different sources and collect the relevant data
from primary and secondary sources.
Third step: At this step organisation achieve the desire outcomes which help increasing
the project quality and it is important to keep all of these important events in mind when you’re
planning a project because they could possibly impact your project schedule. So why not include
them as project milestones so you can track them all in one place.

genuine report for the company. However there are two ways by which the individuals can
complete the research are qualitative and quantitative technique. Some of the methods of
research methodology are as follows:
Primary method: This are the research technique which is used by the investigator to
collect the data in accurate manner. However the in comparison to the secondary data this
contain the high level of accuracy as well as reliability as this gain the effective output for the
company. In addition to this, there are other several factor which help in making quality decision
and there are different ways to conduct the primary research such as questionnaire, surveys and
observation. For this project, the investigator take use of questionnaire to empower the targeted
individuals to provide their ideas in the efficacious manner. It is a method that is helping the
researcher in context of present research work to have more authentic and reliable form of

information that is going to assist them in collection of most autogenetic information from the
target population.
Secondary method: In the secondary method , this is concern about those aspect which
is essentials for the researcher to use the secondary method for the making the research more
effective. There are several mode of collecting the secondary data which are journals, articles,
magazines. In the context of this research can make use of these scholar and articles for
gathering the relevant data for the completion of the project in the limited time frame. In the
present research work the secondary research method will assist in developing a detailed
overview of the way existing sources can lead to getting the right amount of information
according to laid aims & objectives of the research.
Qualitative research: This is the method through which the exploratory research aid the
researcher to get the curial knowledge regarding the project and on the topic on which the project
in been carry forward. This focuses on quality rather than putting emphasis on quantity. Along
with this it emphasis to the smaller portion of the respondents and this is consider as most time
consuming method. For this research project, the researcher make use of qualitative method to
gain in depth data about specified topic and help to empower the conclusion for the future study.
This research methodology has lead to collection of the non mathematical form of information
that includes the theoretical aspects of collected information based on which further analysis will
be done to achieve the aims.
Quantitative research: This is the method through which the researcher gather the
information from the different form of graph, numericals chart and many more. Apart from this,
this method help in identifying the amount of work done during the process. This can be done on
the basis of observation, interview for completion of task for the particular period of time. It
includes the quantitative form of information that will assist in having the required numbers,
quantities based on which further information has to be analysed to reach to relevant
conclusions.
Sampling: This is the tool which refer to those concept which describe about identifying
and selecting of the sample from the greater number of population. This help in making different
types of sampling which include probability, non-probability, quota, cluster data. As this is
done to gather the information from the outer world so that further proceeding can be done in the
well define manner. In regard of this research, investigator make use of random sampling

technique and choose sample size is 20 respondents from Tesco. This methodology will assist in
timely completion of the research work as there will be a limited available sample size that will
be used for the purpose of collecting the information from the respondents.
Critical evaluation:
From the above stated work this has been analysed that qualitative research method is
essentials to improve the quality of project. Hence the primary sources is very important as it
provide relevant data and information for completion of work. This help in making different
types of sampling which include probability, non-probability techniques for better outcomes.

the HR of the company must hire the employees from the diverse culture as this will aid the firm
different background people for the expansion and growth. Here are some suggestion as well as
recommendation for Tesco for the proficiency are as follow:
 In the context of Tesco the company manager must make sure that employees should be
treated equally and there should be no bias which help in making positive environment
from the company. Along with this they should hire the staff from the different race,

 In addition to this, the upper level management of Tesco should implement new policies
which is beneficial for the employees . There must be proper flow of communication
which will help the company to make decision effectively and help to capture lager
market share in the well define manner.
 According to the collected information from the above used questionnaire and it can be
recommended that one the ways that has been suggested by the majority of employees to
manage the diverse workforce is to hire employees from different backgrounds it will
assist their employees in cooperating each other and respecting the cultural differences to
learn something new from it.
P7 Develop the reflection and the value to meet learning objectives
This research is to understand the influence and diversity as well as equality inside the
organisation in order to gain competitive advantages in the organisation (Marcus, 2019).
However, in order to carry out the project effectively there must be proper analysis of the
organisation and the market which help in gaining more market share in the shorter time span.
Along with this, I have use several research methodology which will help in gather the
information accurately. With the assistance of different software and tool this is essentials for the
company to make better decision and make changes for the betterment of the company.
I recommend to the company to have hire more and more employees from the diverse
culture as this will help the firm to increase there productivity for the longer time period and help
them to expand the business effectively. Beside this there must be proper implementation of
equality as this help in making effective decision for the betterment and it will help in making
positive environment in the organisation. Additionally, I take an initiative in determining
marketplace and it assist me to come across with relevant recommendation which lead in
improving the overall performance and financial stability of Tesco.
The decision making process in the context of present research work has been based on
making a detailed evaluation of the selected research topic and the laid down aims & objectives.
There was difficulty in the context of time management in the present research work as only
limited time period was available in which the whole research work had to be completed. So
there can be application of Kolbs reflective model as mentioned below:

Concrete experience: In this there is experiencing of a situation to learn some new
aspects. In case of present research work my existing time management skills have assisted me in
managing all the different aspects of my research work in such a way that it has lead to timely
completion of research work.
Reflective observation: Another situation is that somewhere I was not able to lay down
effective channels of communication among the existing team members it also resulted into no
proper coordination that was established among the team members related to different activities
that had to be performed.
Abstract conceptualisation: In this stage there was need of developing different ways in
order to deal with the situations. Such as I used the democratic style of leadership for the purpose
of managing different tasks and activities that was part of the research work.
Active experimentation: In this aspects it is related with the practise of acquired
theoretical knowledge. I believe that with this research work I have to work towards
improvement of my existing management skills as I was not able to deal with issues raised by
subordinates & other team members. It affected the delaying ion some of the tasks. So I believe
that I have to work towards improvement of my management skills that can assist me in
performing effectively the future allotted research projects.
Critical evaluation:
However, the critical thinking process also depends on asking the right critical thinking
questions. We can call this step critical questioning. It provides the ability to distinguish biases
from facts, observers from stakeholders, and potential solutions from solutions. This has been
identified that there are different learning outcomes which help me to increase my efficiency
and interpersonal skills effectively and it will be beneficial for my career in future.
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussed report it has been analysed that there must be diversity and
equality in the organisation which leads towards profit maximization. Hence this aid the firm to
increase the profitability as help in coordinating the employees activities in the firm. Apart from
this it assist the company to increase the productivity ratio of the company and to take the
corrective action which will aid firm to handle the challenges and the threat in the well define

manner. Additionally, with the implication of Gantt Chart, WBS and project management plan
researcher is able to obtain its desired aim and objective in an revised manner. Along with this, it
lead them to implement better collaboration and loyalty among team members which reflects in
project outcome.
