TASK 1 P1 Project aims and objectives Research Aim Aim of this research is“To identifying the influence of diversity and equality for achieving competitive advantage”. Research Objective To examine the aspect of the diversity as well as equality in the organisation. To determine the strategies of diversity and equality in Tesco. To study the problems faced by the company in the workplace. I recommend to the company to have hire more and more employees from the diverse culture as this will help the firm to increase there productivity for the longer time period and help them to expand the business effectively. Additionally, I take an initiative in determining marketplace and it assist me to come across with relevant recommendation whichlead in improving the overall performance and financial stability of Tesco. The decision making process in the context of present research work has been based on making a detailed evaluation of the selected research topic and the laid down aims & objectives. There was difficulty in the context of time management in the present research work as only limited time period was available in which the whole research work had to be completed.
