In many organization female workers get fewer salaries as compare to the male workers. Reflection The entire project was successful, I become able to meet research objectives successfully. I have used different research methods and all these method s have supported me to gather insight valid details and finding results in significant manner. Initially I was facing issue in managing time and funds but I scheduled everything properly that has supported m,e t o complete this project on time in efficient manner. While working on this project my time management skills have been improved because i realised the importance of time and how an individual should manage their time to finish the project on deadline. Now I am able to manage it well. Apart from this, my researching skills have been developed, now I can use effective methods to gain more details about subject areas. But still my communication is not so strong, still I feel shy when i had to interact with unknown personalities. But i am working on it and will improve it soon. In my opinion it an big issue for the company because its create conflict situation in the workplace of Captify company. Superiors of the company are responsible for this problem because they are providing salaries to the employees who are working inn the Captify company. They should apologize to the employees and provide them equal pay, so they can over come from the issue of the “ gender pay gap” (Wiek and Lang., 2016). They cannot overcome only for their apologize, but they can also provide rewards to the employees, so they can give their best to achieve those rewards and it will affect on the companies production andcompany will able to achieve their objectives and their goals. They can also provide training to the employees to motivate them, and they will get chance to increase their skills. it can be solved bythe selection of more female employees in the workplace of the Captify company. They are to equal the ratio of the male and female workersat work, so they companycan pay equally to the employees there will be no discrimination between man and woman, and they all will give their best to achieve companies goals and their objectives.
