essential element in company. The concept of equality is refers to the process in which company
treats to each and every employees in an equal manner while diversity relates to hiring or
accepting different culture, gender, religion, sex and so on. Both terms are crucial for company
to manage all the employees equally and also to create positive working environment. This will
help in improving workers performance and connectivity with others who are performed in
business organisation (Chaffey, Hemphill and Edmundson-Bird, 2019). As per this report,
gender pay gap has been included as a big or prime issue, that is faced by majority of companies
in present day. Due to this issue, it negatively impact on workers efficiency at workplace.
Therefore, it is critical for management to provide equal treatment to entire workforce so that
they can feel their importance and value towards the company and its goals. By this, firm amend
performance of company and its workers also. Present study is focus Quantum Technology
Marketing, is a small business as is operate in UK with the purpose of attaining larger
profitability. The main focal point of this company is to enhance their productivity level. This is
the reason that firm tries to treat their worker equally so that they can effectively execute their

been identify which Quantum Technology Marketing can imply within its business function to
manage equality and diversity. Along with this, company needs to communicate with their
workers to analysis their behaviour at working area. This will directly contributes in improving
employees abilities to do their best at workplace. Furthermore, providing equal promotion to
both male and female employees is also beneficial in making them productive towards the job
activities. It may assist in reducing the employees turnover and also retain employees for longer
period of time. Along with this, for overcome of the issue of gender pay gap, company should
provide equal pay, treat fair to both men and women workers and also provide equal
opportunities to employees through which they get motivated towards the specific job

professional and personal experience. While undertaking this research, I faced various issues that
affect my end result of study. For undertaking this research I required huge time and fund so that
I can easily execute research activities in well organised manner. This will provide opportunities
to improve the possibilities of attaining best possible outcomes at the end of the research.
Furthermore, my communication skill is not much effective as I face issue in communicating

with others. Due to this, I face difficulties while collecting data from different sources. In this
some of respondents do not provide accurate information that may directly affect on end results
of research in negative manner. In addition of this, time related issue is a big concern for me
while undertaking study as due to less period of time I face issue in executing research activities.
For this, I make a plan that consist each and every activities of project. With the assistance of
this, I can attain positive and reliable outcomes within the study and at the same time also make
it more successful and valid as well. Along with this, I completed the research successfully by
following the steps in research process. Steps included in research process are identify Problem,
Literature review on the basis of research questions, Clarify issue, Define Population, Collect
Data, explain data collection tools, Analyse Data. These steps are helpful in conducting the
research in systematic way and getting positive outcomes. In project, my achievement is
collecting data by using authentic sources and gather large sample size. It helped me in attaining
my set targets in research activities that make research project more successful.
CONCLUSION
As per mentioned research it has been ended that gender pay gap is an issue for each and
every organisation as it put counter effect over the employees performance within the company.
This, is the reason that organisation tries to manage their workforce equally by providing them
best and equal opportunities to workers. By this they feel motivated and productive towards their
job responsibilities. If company treat their workforce equally then they focus on giving their best
efforts to attain their targets. It may contributes contributes in rising the overall performance of
workers and make them efficient. Along with this, company also face various issues due to
gender pay gap like, reduce employee engagement, less coordination among workers, negative
working environment. All these issues are negatively affect over the workers and at the same
time also increase employee turnover of company. For removing these issues, company focus on
providing equal opportunities, fair wages to employees to make them more productive. It directly
contributes enhancing performance of workers and company as well.
