Artificial intelligence is a simple approach or a simple technology which is used to make a
computer, a protocol or other devices much smarter than normal. and the basic object
Is Artificial intelligence also provide some different tasks in it like recognizing and
understanding about the real world, also used to planning for the external world, learn the
adaption these are the basic functionality which is used in artificial intelligence. To
understand the artificial intelligence it also consists of various process in it like project
management in AI as it evaluates, design and develops some of the basic technology.
It also considers project time, resource and needs to completion of any project and also
skilled to complete the project.

Artificial intelligence is simply used for the various purpose which recognises the basic aim
and also used to transform human source into a meaningful and useful computer application.
It is also known as the machine which is used to design and also programmed human acts
which are useful and meaningful, and also it is life changing technology because it changes
the wide area in today's era.
Aim of this project is as we know that today artificial intelligence is the most common and
useful technology , so the basic impact of AI is it opens new possibilities and as well as new
challenge which is useful for teaching higher education , and it already impact on the nature
which is profound , also different types of AI also present in nature like
 Narrow AI
 General AI
These are the normal types of AI which are useful to recognise the object in the speech and
language format, it is also used to learn about learning the capabilities of how to perform
different tasks in it,
Usage of AI is also different like this process include learning , reasoning and self-correction
of the unit which include applications of AI and it also consists speech recognition and also
some other machine vision, the main use of AI application is it would have low error rate
with compared to humans, and it consist proper accuracy and speed also it won't affect the
human environment .
AI mostly impact on the business and also on the human because it is useful for gaining the
ability to save the time and money by automatic rolling different process and tasks, it is used
to increase efficiency the product and productivity.
It also improves user experience, also a quality of product but

 Automation : automation term in AI generally consist of various points like
automation term refers simply like robot doing work in the form of human but the
basic purpose of this to improve the human functionality and also to improve the user
experience, throughout the human-automation it reduce the errors and also cost, it has

such types of artificial intelligence project consist of various learning technologies and other
powerful capabilities to perform various task in AI so the cost of any AI integrated project is
high.
Scope: scope of AI project is the very wide scope of computation and another automation
world, there are various projects present in AI because for the significant advantage and as
well as for the memory storage and power availability, AI is important. It also reduces the
human efforts in it so the scope of AI is very much in today's era.
Time: for making any kind of AI project, time management is taking a very important role
because in artificial intelligence all the technology related to that require proper timing in it to
function and better uses of that.
And with all of these aspect project management in any technologies consist some more basic
points like risk, communication, and also the quality of that work. risk consist of various
vision in it like making anything related to this technology have the risk as well due to some
technical issues. the quality check consists of various points as well like in it check the inside
work related to these technologies has a better quality of work for the user who going to use
it.

There are various types of research methods are present which is going to fulfil the aim and
objective of the AI project. So for this, there are 2 types of research methods are mainly
required or present :
 Qualitative research
 Quantitative research
As AI require timing and effective plans for any technology related to the project,
quantitative research method is a simple method which is used to provide the solution over
any problem and also used to help in developing the ideas.
Qualitative research is used to unfold all the thoughts and opinions present for collections the
methods which vary uninstructed.
In AI projects it might be possible sometimes both research methods are required because
these both methods are required to collect and analyse the data which is available of the
project.
AI project basically consists various aspects in it like emphasize and measurement so
quantitative methods are used to do a measurement of an object and also analyze the data in a
numeric and mathematical form, so this research method is useful.
By applying these research technologies it implies that it is useful to develop ideas and for
searching in a potential manner, also beneficial to uncover opinions and solve the problem
and also use in unconstructed data and other structured techniques.
Research over these methods is they are used for different purpose like qualitative methods
are used when a researcher wants to include some methods and also want to answer the
questions, explore and design different sample of concepts, observe immediate reaction, add
better opportunity inside it for this it is beneficial.

On the other hand, quantitative research is used to collect and check all the in size and range
of the data which is needed to be expanded, this is the type of research which is helpful to

These are the 2 prominent methods of research, where each method having its own
techniques like observation and experiments in it, for researching any data and techniques for
any kind of project related to AI. It may consist one of these approaches or both at the same
time so this is known as the mixed method research.
Quantitative research: as the name of the research itself consist basic meaning of it like it is
used for exploration and helps to gain different opinions and reasons to develop an idea, and
the size of the data needed inside it small.
Qualitative research: it is used to quantify any particular problem and also help to generate
the numeric data and transform into useable statistics. These methods include much more
systematic observation inside it. This type of data is not countable, it consists of numeric
values, also unstructured
Qualitative research data method is more useful because sometimes it collects all the smaller
size data of quantitative data.
In user research quantitative data is used to tell what user did and qualitative data is used to
help or show why.
Analysis of data in research, the process of evaluating data in analytical and logical purpose
that is known or termed as data analysis. There are also many types of data analysis present in

research of any project like AI, these are specific like some of them are basic in nature, some
are predictive and others are normal,
Data analysis is simply referred and termed as finding the data, it is count in the most crucial
part of any research project, it is generally used to summarize the data, and also help to
determine the relationships, therefore the use of data analysis is to find out meaningful and
helpful information about derived data.
Analysis of data in research project divide into 3 parts:

 Technical analysis
 Fundamental analysis
Data analysis is basically used to show the wide range of activity present in any research
method, and also used to discover the inherent facts, also various types of purpose also
present to show the general meaning:
Description: it is used to show the activity involved in this file, and also useful to collect the
data.
Interval: it provides the more useful information present to measure the result of the given
research.
Ratio scale: it has 2 character in it, in which one shows the precise result of any research
method and the other one shows the zero point.
As we know that in research method all the data which is present are in the form of a logical
and mathematical range, so for this there is statistical range also present which generally used
to calculate the given data, first use to measure the tendency and second is used to measure
the position of data.

Human resource: to get some advantage through the communicate appropriate
recommendation program, any project needs skilled and as well as the experience of any
human resource. I will recommend the project to get more efficiently who is contributing for
completing within time and as well as for the budget of the AI limitations.
Budget completion: budget completion refer the simple term which is used to manage the
required resource before implementing the data inside it, so it gives enough budget for the AI
project research, so the program has to see enough budget for the CSR program is used to
facilities and implementation of any program.
Procedure completion: when implementing of any AI research project it is important to
manage or solve so many procedures which are used inside it, so many companies and as
well as the project of the AI research which manage before the CSR program before getting
the implementation of an advantage.
product customization : the main feature of any AI research project in AI id featured as the
quality of the product which are generally recommended in the project, which is need to
serve and customize all the product and services which need to be implemented and useful
for the research, and the main role of product customization is user can get the best product to
meet all the requirement which is need in the research.

for analysis, and for this both methods are useful for the research like quantitative and
qualitative methods which is used to done and use any methods more efficiently, as a project
manager each project of research want more feasibility to solve any problem according to the
given requirement, and for this qualitative research is revealed as the most useful quality
product use inside the project, because in this method it is generally used to solve the price
and other data of the research , also it describe and help the user to derive the best location for
the particular research AI project.
For value of undertaking it is further divide into some other work breakdown that help the
project manager to set and to specify the task for the user or the customer, and also
breakdown is important because it reduces the work pressure , and also while using different
task work breakdown it is useful to accomplish any given task or data within the time
limitation, also in this Gantt chart is used that is helped to specify the given task, so the
project is implemented or accomplish within the time duration or limitations.

this is the main responsibility of the manager to handle and to manage all the risk of that
particular project, so it teaches the project manager to learn and also to control the risk of the
project, so that would help to create and accomplish project which meets the objective of the
project.
Navigation skills: when the user wants to accomplish and running the given research project
of AI, so there are so many people present to delegates and use the given project, so for this it
is used to create and make stakeholder deal with the new and creative idea with the client of
that research.
Performance review :
 The basic and main objective of this research is to make and establish the goal of the
latest and new technologies related to AI.

breakdown structure, which consist various points like risk skills, navigation skills,
communication skills and also control structure. These are the important feature for making
any project because it is used to reduce the pressure and time of that particular project
