INTRODUCTION
In business, there are wide range of sectors of different categories of both
small, medium and large. The hospitality business sector is wider and
approach which comprises of different products and services such as
lodging, room booking, food and drink or beverages etc. Main aim of this
report is to understand the importance of hospitality functions and
operations. Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts, an international and luxury
hotel headquartered in Ontario, Canada. It has many competitors such as
The Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts etc.
This report comprises of scale and size of accommodation services,
different forms of ownership, role of grading, classification system, front
office functions, key roles within front office department, roles within
housekeeping department,

The accommodation sector contributes to the industry as a whole
The accommodation sector contribute so hotel industry as a whole because sector
of a community consist of different types of players such as hotels, motels,
restaurants and many more. The tourism industry is widely comprises of
accommodation service providers who are responsible for providing wide
number of profits and sales revenue to the business.
The hotel sector also do the investment in a competition sector as because
travellers and tourist whenever visits new place to stay and then accomodation
providers play important role.

Scale and size of accommodation services found within
hospitality industry
Accommodation service defined as charging fees for accommodation
service such as equipped rooms, Wi-FI, Foods and beverages etc. The
hospitality sector has been growing and developing at rapid scale. Size as
well as scale of hospitality industry is growing as this sector is being
considered as 4th largest contributors within economy. Four Season Hotel
and Resorts is located at global scale and delivery luxury services to
guests and tourists. With changing behaviour & attitude of guests as well
as tourists globally, way of providing accommodation services is also
changing. At both national and international global economy,
accommodation and hotel sector is contributing at larger scale.
