INTRODUCTION
In hospitality sector, it is significant to manage individual person in an appropriate
manner for achieving goal & objective in timely manner. Their primary purpose is to offer

is taken named as Crowne Plaza Hotel. It is a luxurious hotel founded in the year of 1983
provides different type of services to its user for satisfying them. In this report, there is a need of

this, there is also a discussion regarding benefits and drawbacks related to internal & external
process of recruitment. And also they provide description regarding objective and different level
