INTRODUCTIONManaging change in workplace is essential for enhancing performance and managingstaff in workplace. Implementing change is also vital for businesses to increase profits and gaincompetitive advantages (Brulin and Svensson, 2016). After implementing and balancing anychange in organization, it becomes possible to respond faster to consumer expectation anddemands. The present report is based on Dental Practices organization in UK. They provide theircommon primary care services to patients. It explains reasons why companies continuously needto change and also clarify organizational and environmental analysis, to identify possible areasfor change in own company. This study justifies the opportunities for change, arise from theenvironmental and organisational analysis. Furthermore, it explains risks and benefits ofimplementation and identifies opportunities for change. At last, this study explain changeimplementation plan including brief information of how to monitor and review implementationof change.Main body 1.1 Reasons why firms continually need to changeFor a business change is related to process, methods, etc. that allow in bringing change intheir operations and functions. A change can be in any form that allows firm to adopt in order tosustain. In business life, change is very important organizations growth and success in market. Itpermits firms to adapt and implement new environment in workplace and also helps to improvetheir market position. It also allows them to remain sustain in market and attain new goals andobjectives. However, a change support firm in growth and development. It enables in bringinginnovation within their process and methods. Beside this, it also leads towards creating of newproducts and services. This benefit in improving social life of people and fulfilling their needs. Achange may bring in negative impact as well. With this the business are able to identify theirweak areas and improve them. Thus, to increase profit, to make strong customers base, raiseposition and generate revenue is the major reason behind continual change required bycompanies in UK. Change within businesses is necessary for any company because withoutchange, firms would lose its competitive advantages or edge and fail to achieve and meet everchanging needs of consumers. For example, if any company wants to beat its competitors inmarket to increase profitability, they need to change required areas which need to be modifiedfor the reason of maximizing profit margin. 1

1.2 Environmental and organisational analysisEnvironmental analysis and organisational analysis helps to identify factors which affectbusiness and its growth. PESTLE is the best model for environmental analysis as it helps toanalyse factors and identifies their impact on Dental Practice and dental sector as whole(Putnam, Myers and Gailliard, 2014). SWOT and PESTLE model is also considered as one ofthe best strategic tool that helps to analyse environmental and organisational environment.FactorsImpact on organizationPolitical factors- Tax policy, environmental law, labour law, foreign trade policy,trade restrictions, political instability or stability are the factorsincluded in Political element. These factors are all about what andhow degree the government intervenes in Dental industry. Changingpolicies with new government is one of the element that impact onwhole sector the most and organizations such as Dental Practiceunder it. New government make some changes according to theirsystem that impact on Dental Practice organization, company need toidentify this factor and implement in their business structure to run itsmoothly and effectively.Economic factors- Economic growth, interest rates, exchange rates, inflation rates arethe factors included in economic component, these factors affectingany business as whole (Hornstein, 2015). Easy liquidity in marketpost the large recession of 2018 will lead to maximizing inflation inanalysis collateral markets. During recession period, Dental industryalso faces issues which have an impact on their business. Accordingto recession, Dental Practice company adopt these changes duringrecession they can make some changes in service cost which helps torun overall practices easily.Social factors-This factor includes population trends such as age distribution,career attitudes, lifestyle attitudes, population growth, culturalbarriers and health consciousness.
