willing to perform different task for organising successful annual event of organization. It
can be possible when all team member work together and assign significant role in
different segment. There are different resources required for annual events and also
delivered the best quality of service to the customer.

 Physical resources: The team member has maintaining the proper lighting and other type
of equipment used such as projector, computer, Laptop. It is also considered the
arrangement of accommodation such as table, chain in the event room. In additional,
stationeries are essential part during event where each participant use themselves during
meeting. On the other hand, Food and beverage are essential element that used by every
participants during before or after annual event.

Discuss about the key management skills require to manage event through
delegating as well as pre-event briefing
 Problem-solving: Event manager has an ability to understand the requirement of stakeholders.
It is also tracking the resources that will require in the organization. No matter how it will
make an effective plan. It is an essential management skill which mainly useful for
identifying the benefits, advantage of annual event for people. Event manager can resolve any
type of issues or problem in proper manner.

 Meeting: It is another method for collecting and gathering large amount of information
about the event. In meeting, should be conducted to discuss about brainstorm, negotiate
on problem related event. It will help for monitoring to check if right thing on track. In
order to sort out to gain more progress in event success.

Evaluate the outcome of monitoring the success of event and make
recommendations for improvement.
 By demonstrating the different monitoring technique such as reporting, feedback and
monitoring. These are useful for controlling and managing large amount of data in the form
documentation. On regular basis, it can identify the progress or success of event. In case if
any type of resources require that used appropriate manner. As a result, it has identified the
positive result of annual event when manager fulfil all type of essential requirement. In order
