This organisation provides household servicesand properties by constructing various homes in North of England. This report includes smallbusiness or social enterprise needs, different processes of customer relationship management,traditional terms to develop Small business, its benefits and drawbacks. It also includes monthlycash flow forecast method, Break- even analysis and Financial statements for firm. At last itincludes Legislation and regulations that have implications in small businesses.
