ABSTRACTStakeholder is a party which can affect or affected by the actions of organisation andwhich has a large stake in the business as social group or society. The analysis of stakeholder isthe process of identifying those people who are affected by the project or event. This report isbased on the Star printers in London which prints the stationery of business and local magazineswith the wide range of the varied commercial interests. There are various major stakeholderwhich can influence or influenced by the performance of SPL, those stakeholders are customers,employees, suppliers, shareholders and government and regulatory bodies. These stakeholderplays major role in SPL those including the customers in which they identify the needs anddemand of customers for creating sales. The most of the consumers are contribute through givingefficient content as per the requirement of the people so that it leads to the development.Further, government and regulatory bodies plays an important role in which they have to managethe operations of organisation so that they can manage the business in foreign countriesefficiently. In addition to this, suppliers are the people who facilitate the organisation byintegrating needs and efficient resources. At last, the shareholders play an important role in anorganisation by making financial investment in a company and they share the profit on thebehalf of an organisation. There are some strategies for improvement in personal networking atSPL which helps them to manage the effective communication is to attend conferences, seminarsand consultant meeting and seminars which helps to manage proper relations with the employeesof the stated organisation. Further, the process of communication which is used at organisation isincluding the written communication, conference and training programs which are required to beproper so that it fulfil all the aspect of the organisation according to the requirement. It helps inimprovement in the level of communication with different aspects so that issues can be resolved.In addition to this, the report is also considering the personal plan to improve owncommunication at organisation which involves learning and development, presentation skills,language proficiency, appropriate use of volume and extrovert personality these all helps toimprove the communication skills which will overall give idea to enhancement of SPL. Theseare the most effective methods by which people do conversation with each other at high leveland there are various channels of communication including the face to face meeting regardingthe proper integration. Moreover, there are various approaches for the information andknowledge system which is helpful in collecting the data such as marketing, finance, research

and development and human resource , thus there all are helpful in making the proper use ofcollection of data to manage the effective and efficient use of data at organisation. Thus, there isa requirement of improvement in the knowledge and information system through data collection,formatting data, storing the data and dissemination of information. At last this report covers thevarious strategies to improve the system of knowledge and information such as trend and patternanalysis, reliable data sources and current and valid data for the organisation.
