INTRODUCTIONManaging communication is the process of sharing information and exchanges theirviews with each other. Effective communication must be held among the employees andemployers in order to take corrective action regarding company. Various types ofcommunications are use in the organization through which they can gather lots of informationand improve their performance as well. Stakeholders of the organizations are help them totake corrective decisions. Proper way of communication is motivates employees in order toimprove their performance and work quality as well. Managers and leaders are responsible touse formal communication with their subordinates in order to improve their performance andboost up their confidence as well. The present report is based on Primark which is ainternational cloth retailing company. It provide varieties of cloth to their customer for attractlarge number of customers. They needs to create personal plan in order to communicationsamong members. Staff members have to frame some plans and strategies for build upimprovement in organization. They have to take effective decision which are helpful for themand firm as well (Schwalbe, 2015).TASK11.1 The rang of decision is to taken in the Primark company.Before staring any business organization members have to take right decision whichare helpful for them to meet their set of target and objectives. Effective decision are taken bythe higher authority which are helpful for to attain their long term as well as short term goals.Some various types decision which are taken in the Primark by their stakeholder are asaligned below:Operational decision- The decision are taken by the entire staff members of Primarkwith their mutual consent which are related with their day to day activities which are use onthe daily basis. Leaders and managers are have to gather information from their customer inorder to improve their performance and work quality as well. Also they needs to takecorrective action action which are help to reduce their operational cost and improve theirprofit margin (Afifi and Afifi, 2015). Strategic decision- Theses are the effective and important decision which are taken bythe higher authorities of company and also set goals and objectives. These are helpful to meet

their set of target and improve their work quality as well. In order to take long term decisionmanagers have to take risk which are improve their profit margin (Routledge.Alvarez, 2016).Fuller utilization is able to increase production capacity and provide best customer services topeople. So that, which can be possible with the help of this factor. Tactical decision- These decisions are help managers to implement strategies ansplans. Through which they can take corrective actions. They have to motivate theiremployees in order to build up their skills and knowledge. Managers of Primark are able totake best decision.1.2 Information and knowledge which are needed to ensure effective decision making.Staff members of Primark have to take decisions which are able to improve qualityand performance as well. Best decisions are helpful to take corrective actions and also attaintheir long term goals and objectives. Managers have to make proper coordination with theirsubordinates in order to improve their knowledge and boost up their confidence. Employeeshave to take gather important information and data from the various factors and use them inachieving their set of goals. Managers and leaders are have to provide proper training theirworkers and also conduct development programmes for them. In this modern world, peoplewant hight quality of cloths with company which Primark have to provide in order to meettheir expectations. Members have to collect information and also identify current marketdemand of consumers and provide goods and services according to their needs. Firstly,managers have to identify current market demand in order to meet their expectation.Organization have to provide best quality of goods and services for attract large number ofpeople and improve their profit margin as well (Wilensky, 2015). For the stated purpose,members of Primark needs to gather information, improve quality and take best possibledecision in the interest of people as well as for the firm.1.3 Internal and external sources of information.There are two types of sources are opted in order to opted information which helpcompanies to collect information. Here, information which is gather with in the organizationare known as internal sources. And the information which is collect from outside thecompany are known as external sources. These two types of sources are helpful forcompanies to meet their long term as well as short term objectives and goals.
