INTRODCTIONThis is an report which is based on the management communication knowledgeinformation system in this it is been defined that in an organisation communication is importantand to do the effective communication then it is necessary to know the way of doing the effectivecommunication. ABC company is an organisation which is providing the best quality food thecustomer(Wildevuur., & Simonse. 2015).TASK 11.1Range of decisions to be takenTo take the right decision on right time is necessary, to make experience of good decisionexperience, and to give the good information and interpreting the information correctly is quitevital for everyone, due to the difficulties most of the company use to be connected with theconsultancies to take the correct decision. Organisation are trying to train the management of theorganisation to make better decision and the are also providing them the supportive environmentso that they could take the actions regarding the decision making without criticizing(Afifi andAfifi. eds., 2015). If the company is having the criticism creativities and if they are risk taking sothat will make the problems to the managers, then that would not be able to successfully respondto the market changes. There are strategies and the tactical decision able to the solve theproblems of the organisation so the ABC company also be able make decision according to theseplans, the strategies decision is that decisions from which overall business objectives can beaffect and tactical decision is used to solve the day to day minor issues. Some of the decisionswhich has to be taken in ABC company are:-Tactical Decision- This decision-making helps in implementing the strategies decision,they mainly work on the the resources available and the human resource and money.Operational Decision- In this the decision are be made for the day to day operations ofthe ABC company these are repetitive, these decisions are been taking in the lower levelof the management.Strategic Decision- These decision are the major decisions which influence the wholemajor part which is contributed directly to the goals and objectives of the ABC company.

The company has to be have the high level of the knowledge, skills and theexpertise knowledge. Each and every level of management has the certain kind of theresponsibilities and they has to take the decision that will require the information and theknowledge, there is the level of knowledge to know about the organisation is quite difficultbecause it differs according to the tactic and the knowledge of the each person and to decide thehighest value for the ABC organisation for the decision making is much difficult. Knowledgeand information which an organisation has, they should be properly manage it with theknowledge management techniques and the area of the improving businesses of the new productsand the services should be developed(Donate., & de Pablo. 2015). This can be developed by theproper knowledge which are unique, they should apply knowledge to innovate, strengthen,continuity safeguard, flexibility improve, enhancing the knowledge of the individual employees.Decision making can be quite vital in the human resource are and the other area. In tactical levelof information it looking at the current system and the resources to implement the new system. Instrategic level the information level is high in this the information will go back to theshareholders and boards. In the operational level the information is been used by the departmentlevels it contains the day to day information which are been provided or the decision which hasbeen there.1.3 Internal and External sources of information and understandingThe company should be having the knowledge of the internal and external sourcesinformation. While considering the internal sources ABC company has to follow some basicthongs, internal sources of information is mainly collected from the internal environment of theorganisation, different kind of internal information are :-Financial information:- in this part of the information the profit and the loss are been seenand the information is available related to the performance of the cost of the products andabout the taxes, etc.Marketing information:- in this information the success of the product and the services ofthe organisation can be understand, In this the sales, complains and the revenue with isbeen generated can know.
