dissemination of the knowledge and information. It aids in getting authentic and reliable data that

2015). Proper delivery of messages and information to the stakeholders of the business can be
ensured by effective interaction of the staff members. A training session can be arranged in the
organization in which a outside trainer can be appointed for imparting speaking and listening skills
to the staff members. All the employees should be informed about the session by sending them E-
mails. It should be made mandatory for all the staff members to join the training program. This
initiative will support in enhancing communication skills of the staff members. They will become
competent for making proper communication with the stakeholders including consumers, suppliers

top management should encourage employees for making interaction with each other. Staff
