communication.
1. Importance of tools
In case of effective communication, there aresome basic functional management that
arealigned with that. These processes develop the management and control the whole thing inthe
end of the organization situation (Diana, Pacenti and Tassi 2012). Planning, organizing, leading
and monitoring the whole thing is the basic requirementof business and that somehow effectsthe
performing section of management.
The thesis statement of the essay is to identify those factors that are liable tothe conflict
situation and uses these tools for the development of the organizational sustainability. The
reflective essay underpins the individual progress situation and how these personal understating
models evolve through a situation and deliver their best as well.
1.1 Johari Window
Johari Window is a better understanding technique that helps to understand the
relationship between known factors and how am I introduced to them. The situation of the
process is philosophical in nature and these are the assumptions and mentality of the person
(Harlow and Guo 2014). I feel this is the best way to evaluate my understanding of a particular
situation.
There are four quadrants in this tool like Open, Hidden, Blind spot and Unknown. The
analysis of peer perceived is the most important aspect of an open segment. The hidden façade is
the untrue section that has been claimed after the test has been done and in most of the cases; the

resultant bad manners are retrieved for this part. The blind spot signifies the subject that is not
recognized at the initial stage and after some questions in that stage, the consequences are
registered. The last part is unknown and the name justifies the section also as participating
recognition of collective ignorance, which is the main concern of this section. In Johari window,
there are 56 adjectives of possible descriptions and that signifies the quality of the people and
their mental understating also (Hillson and Murray-Webster 2017). Through this process I can
evaluate my characteristics and recognizes the good and evil part of my mind that drives me in
that sequence of all situations. In case of a conflict situation, personal understanding and
managing and balancing the whole scenario are the major aspects of this and that somehow
effects my behavior and characteristics as well.
1.2 MBTI
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test is the most structural way to understand the
usefulness of people's lives. The variation seems as the behavioral change in the person is quite
consistent and orderly in manner. The basic difference of a person’s perception and judgment
can be understood in some situations that helps analyze the state of the person. I am quite
accustomed to such situations and adept in expressing my feelings, all understood from any of
the 16 tests acquitted there. Introversion, sensing, thinking, and judging (ISTJ) is the detailed
analytical progression that has created my personality through the process.
There are four types of letter code like ISTJ, ISFJ, INFJ, INTJ, ISTP, ISFP, INFP, INTP,
ESTP, ESFP, ENFP, ENTP, ESTJ, ESFJ, ENFJ, ENTJ and all these codes are same in an aspect
of evaluating the prospect of identifying nature (Knobbs and Grayson 2012). I feel the process is
