Managing diversity within the work place is one of the leading factor which helpsthe business units in creating an effective impact on overall growth and development of thebusiness unit (Van der Veen, 2008). Present report develops an in depth study regarding the factors which impact diversitywithin the business unit. It will analyse various theories and concepts regarding cultural diversityand its impact on the organizational working. Holiday inn is one of leading organization whichsignificantly serves the changing needs of its guests and develops services to create highconsumer satisfaction. The study will analyse and evaluate the practices adopted by Holiday Innto efficiently manage cultural diversity in the global economy.
