from various line managers, superior, subordinates and peers of the respective employee
working in Harrods (Wright and McMahan, 2011). This lets the manager to analyze how the
employee's performance is being perceived from various people's perspectives.
Management by Objective: This method uses a set of objectives and sets for the employee
