the founder John Boot. Boots has several stores through which they consider sell the offering of
the company.. Boots company was merged with the Alliance Uni chem in the year 2006 and was
named as Alliance Boots, which was bought by Kohlberg Kravius Robert. Kohlberg Kravius
Robert has shifted the headquarter of the Firm from Nottingham, UK to the Switzerland. In the
year 2012 Walgreen has bought 45% of share of Boots UK ltd. Thus has changes the name of the
company as Walgreen Boots Alliance Boots is one of the largest retailer in the UK. They are
having 2500 stores all across the UK to offer variety of offering (Lewis, 2017). Boots consider
employee in total of 56,000 employee in the company to carry out operaton of business.. Boots
consider operate their business at global level also. As Firm consider provide their services in
Republic of Ireland, Thailand, South Korea and Bahamas. Firm has been also involved in many
of the controversies in the past but at the same time also consider invest good amount of
