INTRODUCTION
Innovation management includes the process that describes the practices, activities,
decisions that able to convert the ideas into the reality, beginning from the initial stage to the
final stage of successful. For making, it successful Companies like Apple highly supported
innovation culture and also makes its staff members feel valued. Organization will also
encourage to generate the good quality ideas. Present report lay emphasis on the history of the
Apple company. It focuses on the current trends and innovation of the Company and also
highlights on the Apple performance in the year 2019. In this will also include the overview of

established on April 1, 1976. The founder and the owner of the organization are Steve Jobs,

products of the Apple company are Macintosh, iPod, iPad, Apple watch, Apple TV, iPhone etc.
The company has 132,000 employees in their organization and the net income of the company is
59,531 billion US dollar (Daud and et.al., 2019). Apple has 500+ number of retail stores in the
world, which are provides products and services to their customers. Apple is very famous brand
in the world and customers are purchase the company products just because of the quality of

The main motive of the company was to bring digital revolution in the technological
world by innovating their idea and providing that technology all over the world. Apple is
determined right from the beginning about its objectives and made progressively achieved that
gradually with the new technological advancements (Venkatesh and Singha, 2017). The
company also have a motive to satisfy their customer with high quality products and also at
lower ranges as the company focus on the upper social class of the society, and they are also very
determined in achieving that. The founder of Apple Steve jobs had established the company in
1977 with the production of computer which was macintosh, which was innovated and delivered
to the customers with new graphic interface in 1984 (Lau and et.al., 2015). The company faced
many financial problem in the 1990's and also launched I mac with more advanced functions
with several products like camera, CD player , portable computer Apple Newton which also
increased the customer base of the company. Then the company have innovated the design of
the computer to compete with its rivalry Company, so the company have also introduced laptops
and innovated coloured screens with much more detailed colours (Brunswicker, 2016). By 2001
Apple have reached the market by establishing many stores and had also provided its services to
the customers so that they can retain them as by that time Dell was rival of the company
(Brunswicker, 2016). Apple came up with the new technology of listening music which was I
pod and had also launched with its own music base with iTunes and had changed the way of
digital music industry as every individual can carry around 1000 songs in his pocket as iPod
provided with that services. In 2007 the company have launch its most successful product in
mobile phone which was iPhone and have innovated that since with the latest technology to
attract the customers and also retain the trust what it had built earlier of high quality products.

greater M&A focus, because the company is known as large M&A and the Apple can use the

report Apple can enhance the M&A, so, Apple company is plan in the future for the
improvement of their M&A. Apple is also planning for launch in 2020, 16in MacBook Pro with
4K display. It is with the butterfly keyboard, this keyboard can be plugged by an issue. Apple is
also planning for launch new StudioPods, they are the latest over the ear pods. They also have
quality of wireless charging and pairing and also have the functionality of Hey Siri (Giaccone
and Longo, 2016). The cost of StudioPods are more than Air pods. So, this is the future plan of
Apple. With the help of this latest plan and strategies Apple can improve the quality of their
products. Because customer love the services and products of company, and they are waiting for
the new product of Apple.
