For the purpose of understanding this in the depthSWOT analysis is been performed so that the association can easily identify all about what aretheir strengths, weaknesses along with the prevailing opportunity and threat within the airlineindustry. In current scenario, the business has launched new feature that is mobile applicationapp by the name of “The Ryanair App”.This projects also focuses on the roadmap of the innovation and a detail study on theairline industry in 2019 covering all the prospect . In order to furnish this agenda the businesshave focused on the implementation and utilisation of the Porter's five forces model which willsupport the business in determining their competition level and core five important view of theairline industry.1
