INTRODUCTION
Managing operations and project refers to make a deal with upcoming regular and
business conflicts in a customised manner. In terms of project management it includes four
resources in order to achieve success and it includes planning, organizing, motivating as well as
controlling resources so that all objectives can get achieved. Both project and operations
management determines specific project as temporary enterprise so that a complete different and
unique product can get established(Al-Mazrouie and et.al, 2020). In the case of business
operations it defines all type of activities which helps in producing and manufacturing products.
The below report includes project scope management, project time management, cost
management, risk management, communication management and the structure of project as well
as its visual appeal. The report is based on Bloomsbury institute which is a high education
provider in London. It provides both undergraduate as well as postgraduate degree courses in
context with business management, accountancy and law.
MAIN BODY
Project scope management
It is a procedure which helps an organisation to define as well as provide the list of that
includes all goals, deadlines, tasks and budget which is been set as per the planning done. It is
important for management team in order to meet all expectations of clients which becomes
challenging for them in certain situations.
Description about the project: - The project is about Bloomsbury institute which is organising a
graduation ceremony. It will be organised in November 2021. The budget which is been set is
approx £7000 and length is 3 months and it must not get extended after that period.
Project objectives: - The main purpose behind organising graduation ceremony is to do a
celebration for those students who have achieved their academic as well as extra curricular needs
also in terms of their graduation. The objective of project is to motivate all students and crate
some beautiful memories for them. It is been held so that students hard work can be evaluated
and they feel that their hard work is being valued.

This method involve five steps and these are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic
and time bound. In context with graduation ceremony of Bloomsbury institute is is been
explained as below: - Specific: - It is very important goals behind the project is properly defined. In terms of
project, the main goal is to acknowledge all students who have successfully achieved
their goals in terms of education. When project is initiated and as it will be held in
November, 2021, the institute main goal is to compliment their students because they
have done hard work for both institute as well as for themselves(Pradillo, Jones and
Seweryn,2020). Measurable: - It is necessary that all goals which is been there can be measured and
tracked in effective manner. As in terms of graduation ceremony it must be motivating
for all students so that they feel that their hard work has created some meaning. Achievable: - All goals which are been set should be agreed upon and they must be
attainable. So, as they project which is organised is about graduation ceremony so goals
which institute has set up it should get achieved and all students must agree to that. Realistic: - When any project gets implemented it must be practical in sense. So, institute
set up their graduation ceremony they made sure that everything happens in a practical
manner. Whether in case of giving awards or motivating it should be done in a proper
manner(Li and et.al,2020). Time-bound: - Every project, goal has a deadline. So, institute also set up their deadline
that it would be done within 3 months and will not take more time than that.
Project scope: - The scope of graduation ceremony create a successful and effective ceremony
within the budget been set. The institute must be able to organise the ceremony in accordance
with the deadline and event must be effective enough.
Assumptions: -
The assumptions of institute for organising graduation ceremony is that their planning
which is been done of inviting all students, awards which will be given would be
successfully done. It is also assumed that all students would be there to attend ceremony and they will be
happy after attending it.

A constraint can happen like if 100 students are been invited then it may happen that only
50 students. It may also happen that management of food is not proper as per the requirements.

Resource analysis: - It is a tool which involve all kind of resources that are required in
order to support all strategies so that they can earn competitive advantage and use all resources in
an effective way. There are different ways and methods which can be used to make classification
among all resources like physical, financial and intellectual. In context with physical it includes
infrastructure which also defines the condition of use and adequacy. In the case of financial it
includes investors, all kind of human resources and in the case of intellectual it determines name,
database and so on(Severo and et.al, 2020).
Budgeting: - It is an activity to do enhancement and segregation of all financial resources
