INTRODUCTION
Managing operation is classify with effective planning. Organising and directing about
better production, manufacturing or provision of services. It majorly creates many elements
which are involved in project management like making plans, organising, motivating and also
controlling where overall types of resources in order to fulfilling goals and objectives (Aubry and
Lavoie-Tremblay, 2018). In following report includes project management where certain activity
base table, WBS, Gantt chart and other network structures. The report also involves costs risks
and communication manages in effective structure and appeal. The report is based on
Bloomsbury institute, it is high education provider in which situated in London. It offers both
undergraduate and postgraduate degree in accordance with business management accountancy as
well as law.
MAIN BODY
1. Project scope management.
This is process in which it helps to declining as well as appreciate overall lists in terms
for project goals, task, budget forming and many more which is involved in process of planning
(Fernando and et. Al, 2018). It includes about many things like exclusions where project
deliverables, constraints and assumptions.
Overview of project: The report is about Bloomsbury institute which is decide to organise about
graduation ceremony. The ceremony will be conducted in November 2021. As the team of
institute has enhance their decision on estimating budget for approximately £7000 and duration
of project length with more than 3 months duration.
Objectives for project: The graduation ceremony is been organised by the certain reason. So,
the motive behind to conduct celebration about all student who is accomplished all aspect in
terms of academic and circular involved. To motivate student as well as enhance their skills and
knowledge to create efficient memories. Each student conducts hard work where they expects in
which they will get appreciated about Bloomsbury institute to effectively organise about better
graduation ceremony to them.
Project scope: In graduation ceremony where the scope allows to create an effective ceremony
where overall student participation expected in effective manner. To conducts better order to
enhance successful. The major scope is making planning that involves to consider objectives

need to fulfilled. As per the Bloomsbury institute have planned to organising educational event
for student that will generate importance of education in better manner.
Assumption: The assumption in context of context of graduation ceremony are been explained
as below:
The institute predict the invitation of 100 -200 students which would be enough for them,
but not less then 100.
It was also assumed from the estimate of participation student where food allotment
creates enough to them as per their requirement.
Chairs, table and other resources are play an important roles for make available for better
presentation to provide comfort guests.
Constraints: At the time of organising any form of event there is restriction or challenges arises
in term of graduation ceremony will also according in efficient manner such as follows:
Institutes decided to invites 100 student but restriction can occurs in mid half of them
which did not attended the meeting.
There can be another constraints where student may get expects in which get application
in effective way but they may feel unhappy or unsatisfactory attending to the ceremony.
It may also happen that taste of food which will not having proper taste was expected.
Roles and Responsibilities:
On the organising an event where there are many roles and responsibilities which
had to effectively performed on individual or team who is majorly responsible for
managing about project (Gordon and Pollack, 2018). There is highlight about different
roles and responsibilities for graduation explained as below:
