INTRODUCTION Human Resource Management (HRM) is the organizational activity by whichcompany's employee workforceis beingmanagessuch that thedesired target can be achieved. Evaluation on the different roles and responsibilities of HRM is done in this report, with that evaluation on the different HRM approaches is also being analysed in the report.Alsoanalysis on effectiveness oftheHRM practices in terms of achievement of desired organizational target is also being evaluated withinthe report. MAIN BODY Effective management- Organizational management is responsible for managing organizational activities such thatorganizationcanachievedesired level ofwork productivity by which chances ofachieving the goalscan be increased.This becomes important due to the fact that organizations have to perform several activities (Otoo, 2019). By which it tend to ensure that it is able to sustain in the changingmarketconditionsandbecauseofthemanagementisresponsibleformaking appropriate changes in the working processthroughwhich itcan make surethat company is able to achieve theexpectedtarget. Therefore, for being an manager in the organization, my responsibility will be of having an efficient knowledge and understanding about the different factorsby which it canassurethatI am abletoaccomplishadesiredlevel of work productiveness. With that HR like me have to implement several ways by which canaccomplish an efficientcompetitoredgebywhich theprobabilityofachieving the desiredcan be increased. By which HRM analyse the current market trends to identify the future requirements thus on that bases tend to provide training to the employees such that the desired target can be achieved. Duties and responsibilities of HRM- HRM in an organization is responsible for managing the organizational activities by which company can achieve high work productivity in minimum expenditures which will reduce the organizational expenditures made to improve the work productivity which willenhancethe probabilityof goal achievement can beaccrued. This happens because HR like me is responsible for monitoring organizational activities and tend to identify theweaknesses throughwhich is making negative impact upon the organizational work productivity (Milon, 2019). Through this I can ensure that company is able to achieve high level of work productivity by which chances of goal achievement can be increased. With that HR like me tend to develop organizational teams 1
for the achievement of a common organizational target and by which it tend toguaranteethat company is able toaccomplishdesiredlevel of work productivity. Thus for being an HRM I have toassurethat I am able to develop organizational team in such a way that I am able to improve the weak areas which the company is having. With that I also has to ensure that I am able to develop a team in the team is full of members which are having an expertise in their respective fields by which I can ensure that team is full of the appropriate resources which are required to achieve a desired target. With that HRM is also responsible to analysing the changing market conditions by which it can develop organizational working in such a way that company is able to achieve a efficient competitive edge (Aagaard, 2017). Due to which for being an HRM in the organization my prime working measure will be to analyse the changing market working trends and changing customer requirements by which I caninsurethat I am able toacquire working strategy by which the chances of goal achievement can be increased. Developing strategy for improvement is an important step for me because as an HR I have to ensure that company's sustainability within the market place is improved. Due to which have to develop working strategies in such a way that I am able toguaranteethatorganizationis able to improve its performance and due to which as an HRM I have to analyse the current working trends in the market place and then develop strategies by utilizing company's strengths to overcome its weaknesses. Organizational policies- For being an HRM my role within the organization will be of developing organizational working policies by which I can ensure that employee is working as per the developed working strategy through which the chances of goal achievement will be increased. This is important for me because HRM is also responsible for developing organizational cultures by which in which the employees have to perform their operations (Aktar and Pangil, 2017). Due to which I have to ensure that I prove employees an ability to discuss the issues which they are facing within the organization with each other by which I can minimize the problem solving time. With that I can also ensure that I am able to resource organization with high level of work creativity by which employees can implement improvisations in their working process through which the quality of the final achieved result will be improved. Developing working policies also becomes important for me because organizations have to develop their working environmentsuch thatit is able to fulfil the work procedure of legal 2

legislations in context to the employees as well. It is important because if the organizations are not able to develop their working process as per the legal legislations then in that case it has to pay penalties to the government because of which company's economic growth will be affected. Due to which I as being an HRM have to develop working strategies as per the legal legislations (Veth and et.al, 2019). I also have to integrate the factors like employee loyalty in the process of developing organizational policies because I have to ensure that chances of brand switching for the employees is minimized. This becomes important for me because companies tend to provide efficient training to the employees by which they can be able to achieve the desired target and thus if the employee's retention is being affected then organizational expenditures done to achieve high work productivity from employees will not provide returns to the organization. Due to which I have to implement several working improvisations through which canguarantee workerthat they are able toreachtheir professionalscorewithin the company through which employee's loyalty can be increased. Organizational working procedures- For being an HRM I have toassurethat I am able tocreateorganizationalrunning process in such a way that company is able to achieve its desired organizational target and also can achieve an efficient competitive edge. Due to which for being an HR I have to establish efficient interdepartmental communication through which I can ensure that overall organizational operations are being synchronized through which the chances of goal achievement can be increased. This becomes important because each organizational departments is interlinked with the other departments, through this synchronism organizationalwork productivitycan be increased and weak areas which are making negative impact upon the organizational working strategy. Employee training is also another factor which has to be evaluated by HRM. This becomes important for the HRM due to the fact that organizations have to ensure that it is able to achieve an competitive edge in the market and with that have togivenew and raregoodto the consumer.Throughwhich for being an HRM I have to provide training to the employees such that they are able to integrate the improvisations in the working strategy on the organizational working through which high work efficiency can be achieved. With that I also have to closely monitor the employee selection method for this process because if the selected employees are not 3
being able to learn the new skills or are not able to implement improvisation then the organizational expenditures made will be wasted. Also at the same time I have toguaranteethat theprocedureof employee training is cost-efficient because if the expenditures made are high then it will affect the organizational working process. Activities associated with management- Managing employee workforce efficiently is one of the main work which the HR like me have to perform, this is important part because organization is a group of employee which are gathered together to achieve a common target (emerald insight, 2019). Due to which HRM often have to develop organizational teams to achieve an desired target and due to which I have to closely monitor the work productivity of the employees and then have tocreatecompany'steams in such a way that the team iscapabletoaccomplishits desired target. With that also have to ensure that each team members must be having an efficient knowledge and experience in its respective field by which high work productivity can be achieved. Recruiting new employees in organization is also an task which I have perform within the company for being an HR. This is an significant step for me because through hiring new candidates within the organization I can ensure that the new joining are able to showcase their creative working ideas and suggestions for improvement to the organization. Through this step I can ensure that company is resource with new ideas by which it can improve the quality of the final product which is being provided to the customers by which chances of goal achievement can be increased and with that company can also achieve an efficient competitive edge. HRM help company to achieve target HRM tend to enable several creative working ways by which it iscapabletoaccomplish the desired organizational target and due to which it has to monitor the organizational working and then tend to implement several creative working way by which it is identify the weak areas which are makingunsupportiveeffectupon therunningcapability of the company. Then HRM develop effective working strategy through which it ensure that company is able to overcome the issues which is affecting the working capability of the employees by which it can ensure that the overall work productivity of the company is being increased. HRM is also responsible for monitoring the market trends and then have to make efficient improvisations in the working process by which the chances of goal achievement of the company will be increased this will increased the probability of goal achievement. fact once the HRM is able to identify the current market trends then it make efficient changes in the organizational working process by which the desired target can be achieved. HRM has to ensure that company is able to achieve the desired organizational target and because of which have to implement several working ways by which company can be resources with new talents and skills. Due to which HRM implement several ways which consists of elements like employee training by which I can ensure that I am able to resource organization with new talents and skills. This is efficient but I have to ensure that I tend to provide efficient training to the employee in such a way that organizational expenditures are done in an controlled way and with that am able to resource company with new talents and skills by which it can ensure that company is able to achieve high work productivity in minimum expenditures. CONCLUSION From the aboveinvestigationit can beevaluatedthat HRM has to play several roles within the organization by which it is able to ensure that company is able to achieve an expeditiouscompetitoryedge and also is able to achieve the desired organizational target. Due to whichHRMhastoimplementseveralworkingmeasurebywhichthechancesofgoal achievement for the organization will be increased and also with that it also tend tomake sure that company is able to achieve high work productivity in minimum expenditures. With that HRM also has to ensure that it is able to resource organization with the newon the jobprocedure and because of which have to implement several ways by which the chances of goal achievement can be increased for the company. 5
