INTRODUCTION
Professional growth consists of overall growth for acquiring new skills and experience by
which current working can be improved. Professional development is the implementation of new
knowledge and skills for the achievement of the future professional targets (Schoultz, 2018).
Evaluation on the appropriate skills which are being required to improve performance is being
done in this report. With that appropriate utilization of skills for achieving higher academic
performance is also being evaluated within the report.

Personal and professional development to be a higher education learner
It is very important for an individual pursuing higher education, that it is able to modify
its working process, such that it is able to improve its academics performance. Through this
individual like me can be assured that it is able to achieve the desired professional goals
(Easterly and Myers, 2018). Thus, in order to achieve higher performance I have to self evaluate
my performance. Such that I can identify the weak areas which are affecting my performance
and on that bases I can make targetted actions to improve my performance. Through this step I
can assure that I am able to integrate my knowledge and daily working experience in the current
working process, through which my overall work productivity can also be increased.

Development of higher level skills, is crucial for me because I have to check that I am
capable to improve my performance within the academics career. Through which I can ensure
that I am able to convince my future job profile, by which I can guarantee that I am able to
accomplish a better job profile. This can be achieved because by showcasing my high end
performance within the academics training, through this I can showcase my efficient
performance. Therefore, on that basis I can achieve higher job profile within the company,
through which my professional performance will also be improved.
