INTRODUCTION
Managing people is considered as a procedure that helps in offering different types of
training, motivation as well as direction to subordinate in order to increase the productivity of
organisation. Their main focus is to increase performance level of employees on continuous
basis. The company which is chosen for this assignment is FES Group UK as well as job
description is adopted for this assignment is financial assistant. There are various topics which
are covered in this project such as cover letter, job application, CV as well as reflective statement
by using Gibbs model. The HR professional of business organisation is responsible to handle the
inner operation by recruiting the subordinate and managing the inner operation in an effective
manner. For recruiting right applicant for the available job position, it is necessary to undergo
with different processes such as group discussion as well as interview for hiring best candidate
for available job position. Therefore, by handling portfolio, the manager of business organisation

experience, I am able to manage payrolls, billings, purchasing, expense reports as well as
processing payment and many more in an appropriate manner. I can give surety to you that I
will attempt my best for achieving target which will be offered by higher authority of business
organisation. To perform work within business organisation, the confidence level is enhanced
which is considered as the main role of job profile of financial assistant. As determined in CV, I
have a good communication skill performing various tasks in easy manner as well as I have a
skill and knowledge to assess the problem related to accounts. I will provide my efforts for
