customer as well target market because compare to individual person group of people can
manage as well complete task in proper manner. For example when particular department of
sales conduct several events which is related to promotional and advertising activity for this
individual person cannot perform entire program in proper manner so for that same department
manger have to create one or two group and can be according to requirement so entire work can

looking things. Understand interest of everyone: every individual interest regarding the problem may be
different so for that it is necessary to understand single person interest to figure out
problem in appropriate manner.
List the possible solutions: there are several solution of single issue this step assist in
