This was affect their performance as well as work of organisation. in order to manage this situation in better manner I have divided 20 new joined employees into two parts and stated teaching them separately. This lead to reduce in conflicts as well as help in enhancing their work quality. With the separation of new joined employees into two part, it lead to increase positive competition between both the team. They all wants to learn more things as well as perform task in better and effective manner. The outcome of this wasthat after some time both of the team resolve their issues as work in collective manner. We want to know about the time when you have handled numerous task and different priorities at same time that needs to be completed in the short frame of time? What you have done at that time and what was its results. In my last organisation there were many time when I have to handle lots of task and activities at same time. It was very challenging for me to manage each and every task as well as completed it in required time frame. It is very important for me to manage all task in effective manner. In starting it was very difficult for me to handle and manage different task. And later on I have learned to manage it will as well as completed all task in desired time period. complete required task. In this I started dividing my task into two different category which includes urgent task and important task. This strategy helped me in analysing task which is urgent and important or which is urgent but not important as wellas all those task that are important but not urgent. So by this I started completed first all those task that is both urgent as well as important. Once this type of task is completed I focus in those task which is urgent and important and then later one complete important but not urgent tasks. This was very effective strategy as outcome of this was that I completed my all task in very short period of time frame.
