2. Tell us about a time you worked in a group to achieve an objective (what did you do
and what was the outcome?)
When I started dealing with the clients myself then I al with the client and he want to
organize corporate event for his company then i make my own group according to their skills
and I make proper plan of the event and i give every member a responsibility according to
their talent and skills. That event was successful because we were able to satisfy the client
demand and every member of my team give their best go make that event successful
(Keishing and Renukadevi., 2016). This was big project and my team was successful in the
this event so my whole team get appreciation from the superiors o the company and they also
give us party from the company side we also get incentive for this project success. This was
my best group work and after this deal also me and my team was successful in many event
and this help company to achieve success in the vent industry an company make huge
reputation in the domestic market. There are many clients who still loyal customers of that

3. Tell us about a time when you identified a new approach to solve a problem. (what
did you do and what was the outcome?)
New approach i have identified was time management. Whenever in my group problem come
such as conflicts between the group members (Kimes and Wirtz., 2015). I used to listen both
the sides and after listening to both side uses to take decision. If it is related to any company
operation or related to management then I used to identify the problem and after identify the
problem i make strategies and after the implementing strategies i take feedback from the
employees and monitor those strategies are working according to plan and this was the best
way for me to solve any problem in the organization. Much time this problem solving
strategies work and i get better result on those projects and operation. I also have time
management qualities. I do my all the work on the time and this is important because this is
necessary or the account executive. I have learnt some time management skills and I also use
this skill in my daily life. I make my time table and according to that i arrange my all work.
4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and
complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what
was the outcome?)
I have done many project for my previous company and most of them was in les time.
There was a one event project which was help in London and they give 20 days to
organize that event, this was very les time because we need almost 30 days to organize
any event (Upadhyay And et.al., 2015). It was very important project for the company an
me and my team started making plan from the 1st day and we arrange all the things which
is needed for the event an me and my team arrange and organize whole event in the 20
days and this project was successful. In the result event host was satisfy with the
arrangement and he also book the event for the next year. This event was successful and
after this event have successfully done 60 project and out of 100 projects 45 projects was
done in less time and this create many opportunity for the company and this also help
company to how their presence in the market and they also come in the list of best event
company in United kingdom.

point of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
I have successfully done more than 100 projects for my previous company and this motivates
other employees and this also increases their performance (Qi., 2016). I and team have done
many project which should be done in the less time and this time every member of the team
take tension about their work. During those projects I used to communicate with the team
members and tell them the importance in those projects and motivate them to give their best
in the project. This communication help team member for their motivation and they get
motivate. I was also having good leadership qualities and during the decision making, I use to
give chance to my team member to give their opinion and help in the decision. This make
good relationship with my team members and group member inspired from me and they

my previous experience and tell they about my work experience and how much project I have
done for my previous company this attract them and interviewer was happy with my answer
and work experience. Last question interviewer have ask was how can i influence other and if

the account executive and how they can help company to achieve higher growth in the
international market. After this test they give me one form and it was like a survey and they
take this survey so they can know my knowledge and they can also know how much
knowledge I have and what my thinking about their company and business. In the end they
take IT test and this was because they want know how much i know about information
technology or I can use it properly on not. I pass the entire test and they tell me the joining
date and discuss about the salary.
