When I was doing an internships at National skills society for 6 month of time period I had been given a task to conduct a research where I should ask from 250 people to give their views and opinions about the sales technique and tools used by an organisation. For this, I uses both primary and secondary method. To collect primary data, I prepare a questionnaire form which contains the lists of questions related my topic of research whereas to collect secondary data I uses various online websites where I found the articles written by different authors on the same topic. This helps me in gaining proper knowledge about the customers perceptions and suggestions on my research topic which facilitates me to identify which sales technique will be more profitable for company. After conducting research, I decided to present collected data through preparing an effective presentation so that the results will be easily communicated and understood by individuals or group of individuals.To help them in understanding more, I used various presentable techniques such as pie-charts, Bar graphs and histograms so that the individuals who have lack of knowledge about the subject matter can also understand the perception and attitude of customers.At last day,teachers of sales and marking subject was more impressed by me and congratulate me to conduct an effective research. They wished me muck for my better career in future period of time. 4.
