financial position at global market. It mainly focuses on the fulfilling the needs and requirements
of Human resource due to which the retention rate of employees in an organisation are very high.

employees on regular basis. Along with this, the company always tried to resolve conflicts in
order to create a healthy working environment so that the productivity and performance level of
staff members are increased. This will enable an organisation to achieve growth and success in
the competitive market. Due to all these, I decide to apply for the job offered by company as i
feel assured that i get an opportunity to explore my skills and knowledge and contribute
maximum efforts in the achievement of desired goals and objectives. I am having strong
analytical and convincing skills through which i can sell company’s products to anyone. The
company encourages the healthy working atmosphere where the employees feel free to express
their new and innovative ideas towards the managers. It increases the competition at workplace
which indirectly brings profitable result to company. Thus,, I feel that this company is much

At the time when I was in college, the function named as World Youth Skills Day has
been organised in an Auditorium. Under this, competition programs were also arranged by
college faculties. Herein, students decide to prepare a PPT where they can clearly describes each
and every activity that to be performed under such function. The team of 10 members including
me discussing about the division of task so that the guests can be informed about the activities
happened under such programs. For this, I and my team mates divided the task so as to
understand roles we need to perform individually. I have assigned a role of preparing PPT where
my team members has get responsibility to execute task that will be mentioned under the PPT.
During preparation of PPT, I uses various techniques along with activities pictures so as to make
easy for our management to clearly understand about the future activities. After presenting my
PPT, all teachers and senior member of college gets impressed about my future planning for
World Youth Skills Day and ensure us to execute accordingly with the help of taking their
financial support.

both primary and secondary method. To collect primary data, I prepare a questionnaire form
which contains the lists of questions related my topic of research whereas to collect secondary
data I uses various online websites where I found the articles written by different authors on the
same topic. This helps me in gaining proper knowledge about the customers perceptions and
suggestions on my research topic which facilitates me to identify which sales technique will be
more profitable for company. After conducting research, I decided to present collected data
through preparing an effective presentation so that the results will be easily communicated and
understood by individuals or group of individuals. To help them in understanding more, I used
various presentable techniques such as pie-charts, Bar graphs and histograms so that the
individuals who have lack of knowledge about the subject matter can also understand the
perception and attitude of customers. At last day, teachers of sales and marking subject was
more impressed by me and congratulate me to conduct an effective research. They wished me
muck for my better career in future period of time.
