Resit work has changed in response to feedback
From the overall projects and remarks I come to know that while preparing Cover letter
for the job I demonstrated the roles as well as skills required to perform the suitable role
effectively. Along with that I displayed the essential qualification which the job seeker has so
that better advantage can be exploited. This gave the better overview of the whole scenario on
the basis of which I effectively articulated the interest area, roles and responsibility to gain the
better position and seek better result. Thus, the purpose of preparing cover letter was to
demonstrate that how the different skills and capabilities can contribute for the viable

Moreover, within the application form I tried to attempt all the questions but somewhere
they were not addressed appropriately because I answered all the rounds on the basis of
assumption rather than considering the class wok. This was the mistake which I conducted while
preparing this report. I basically took the hypothetical situation and counter the answers
associated with the job application part accordingly. So by considered the actual class work

essential part of the report on which I would have put more emphasizes on the real or practical
situation. As it is vital to answer all the questions wisely so these job application need to be
answered in more concise and suitable manner. Like, if I take cover letter then I was able to
cover each and every aspect which is essential from the point of view if both job seeker and job
giver. I displayed the skills, knowledge, abilities that the representative of company must
appreciate and consider particularity CV over others. So the similar type of work need to be done
in the Job application as well as reflection part also. Hence, in future I will try to give attention to
every minute details of the project as well as the guidelines explained by the professor. Such

From the overall projects and remarks I come to know that while preparing Cover letter
for the job I demonstrated the roles as well as skills required to perform the suitable role
effectively. Along with that I displayed the essential qualification which the job seeker has so
that better advantage can be exploited. This gave the better overview of the whole scenario on
the basis of which I effectively articulated the interest area, roles and responsibility to gain the
better position and seek better result. Thus, the purpose of preparing cover letter was to
demonstrate that how the different skills and capabilities can contribute for the viable
functioning of an organisation.
Moreover, within the application form I tried to attempt all the questions but somewhere
they were not addressed appropriately because I answered all the rounds on the basis of
assumption rather than considering the class wok. This was the mistake which I conducted while
preparing this report. I basically took the hypothetical situation and counter the answers
associated with the job application part accordingly. So by considered the actual class work
world have helped me to receive the better result of the output which I put into this project.
