The wide range of people build their career by combining and concentrating on different
activities of business. Presenting the career portfolio gives opportunity to perform the different

my performance I give credit to the close supervision of the manager that supported me to take
the describable initiative for the sustainable performance of the business.
All the essential details that signifies my interest for the fashion retail are effectively displayed

to deal with the customer and reduce the chances of dissonance. Along with that they need to
effectively manage the merchandise and keep it organised for the suitability of an organisation as

delegated to strengthen the position and attain the diverse functioning effectively. These are
some of the responsibility and Yes I feel that I can effectively handle this position by effectively
managing my task and conduct the multi-purpose work. Also I prefer this job role because I am
fascinated working in the fashion retail where even I can come up with valuable idea and create

I also prefer to manage my task so that it do not feel overburdened at the end or before

that every can gain better insights about the topic and cover their portion wisely. Even in the Aldi
store I jot down my everyday priorities or target that remind me the functions which I have to
perform and cover them within the stipulated time frame. It is one of the favourable ways by
which I remain updated about my task and reduce the chances of deviation. I always clear the
picture of task with my employees which collectively motivate us to gain the shared objective.
Hence, according to me listing down the activities is one of the foremost way by which I along
with my team member can set the priorities and manage the routine tasks sustainably.
Determine the role of using the advance technology? How can it create value addition?
In the current scenario, adoption of advance technology or latest innovation plays the
prominent role in terms to carry out the task in much effective and efficient manner. So this
demonstrate that it is the relevant way by which Arcadia merchandise company can perform the
task suitable and incur less consumption of the time as well as cost. Along with that nowadays
most of the company's are more prone to use the technology in order to improve their
performance. So being Assistance administrator I need to remain flexible in terms of working in
the new software which can help me to remain connected with other employees. So by using
these technology the chances of human error cam reduce, I can operate the calender and schedule
the time that can keep me updated regarding task. Moreover, most necessarily I can get the
opportunity to build long term relationship with customer by offering them the good as per their
