INTRODUCTION
In this essay, it is mainly focused on the concept of employee induction, why it is important.
It will discuss about the different phases of employee induction and identify the importance of
modern workplace. Furthermore, this essay will describe the value and importance of employee
induction in the workplace.

Employee induction
It is based on the process or method for welcoming a new recruited staff members, supporting
them to adjust in their specific roles or responsibilities. Usually, a person can start their new job
with stressful experience. It is needed to understand the specific need or demand of individual
people. At initial of employee induction, it will provide the better check-list of every employees
those are working with manager, use it as prompt for ensuring that key aspect of induction
(Gopinath, 2021). In the workplace, employee induction is favourable and quick or easy process
to understand the demand of every employees. In this way, employers can utilise to find the
capability of employee at the time of induction. It is not only provide the information on the
benefits, entitlement and support service.

Employee induction process is essential for any organisation, whatever it may think.
Different employers are spending their time and money on the recruitment process. it might be of
opinion or view point of new employees. Main purpose of induction is to establish a better
integration with new hire into organisation (Hughes, Robert and Arroyos, 2019). it shows the
system, procedures, values, culture of enterprise itself. This kind of process will help them into
create a flexible environment for employee where they can feel free to enjoy their work in proper
