Introduction Managing people in the system is the strategy which is adopted by every organisation so that they can organise everything in an systematic manner. It must be strictly monitor the functioning of the company in order to correct and consistent use of the resources in an organisation. Recruitment and selection is the procedure where the company used to hire potential candidates in order to smooth functioning of Enterprise. Company which use today in the retail sector industry. It is the medium scale industry which is located in London. It has around hundred employees which are responsible for proving good services about their products. To manage the affairs of the company they are required to hire a candidate in order to manage the functioning of the store(Bergmann, 2020).
