INTRODUCTION
An organisation working upon a particular will have different aspects of considerations. The
organisation consists of a group of people that are under particular departments to carryout the
ways of the company’s approaches (Leroy and et.al). In a company the human resources
department will carry out the purpose of management. The entire report deals with the
essentialities in managing people with regards to beauty salon and the ways that are adopted by
the management to look after the customers.
CIPD
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the abode of human resource
management of personals. Its headquarters are in Wimbledon, London, England. It was
established in 1913 and it is running with people 150,000 people altogether. The CEO of this
association is Peter Cheese who was allotted this position in 2012. The CIPD deals with the
behavioural patterns of the organisation. The human resource management in any company deals
with the behaviour of the employees and their benefits. The institute CIPD stresses upon the
target of achieving the behavioural patterns (Aithal and Kumar 2016). The organisation is a vast
environment with people in a hustle about working towards the aims and objectives that will
bring about a boon to the company. The HR management is the sole responsibility of the entire
organisation and to train the people of the HRM the CIPD employs different perspectives and
stood as the backbone to the management. This is a non-profit registered charity and is capable
of incorporating the benefits of the management in the company. The organisation runs on a
professional membership with chartered grades and non-chartered grades. The chartered grades
include chartered companion, chartered fellow and chartered member. To be a graduate in this
academy the person will have to undergo seven stages. Each stage is followed by the
certification. The diplomas here consist of wide range of topics. The study is a difficult and is a
measure of the intelligence of the person that is pursuing their diploma there. The management is
common in every business sector. Right from retailers to automobiles, every sector must be
managed in the way they are bound to. The HR management is different in different
managements. The institute provides the management based on their interest (Rother, 2019).
Every management is taught and the one that is graduated here will have a long term scope in
many industries. The institute will provide the amenities that will be engulfed in the people and
they can apply them accordingly in their workspace. The proper management is when the
