INTRODUCTIONManaging people at work is important for every organization which helps in improvingthe overall performance and productivity of company as well as of employees. It is a difficulttask for organization to handle it effectively. Managing people defines the better motivation foremployees and whole enterprise (Introduction to Managing People, 2016). It is responsible formanaging employees effectually which helps in evaluating benefits to workers in a better way inorder to attain desired results by improving their performance level at workplace. This essay isbased on recruitment of business professionals in which HR department recruits the bestcandidates for a particular job or work. With this, company easily improves their performance inmarket and also, attains competitive advantages over its rivals. Overall success of the business is totally based on their employee’s performance. In thiscontext, it is more important for the organization to manage all human resources effectivelywhich will lead to enhance their performance level. It is highly critical for company to manageall people effectively so that company will use effective policies and procedures to develop theirmotivation towards the work. In this, manager plays an important role because they have powerto motivate their people to do hard work with more dedication which helps in the achievingorganizational goals and objectives in a systematic manner. Present report is based on TheAustralia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. In common its called ANZ, which is thirdlargest bank in Australia. It is the largest financial and baking service bank which establishes on1 October 1951, in this Australia bank merged with Union Bank of Australia limited. It includenumber of employees within their organizational activities to serve better services to theircustomers.This organization focuses on their customer services in which they give betteropportunities to their staff members so that they can easily handle customers and provide thembetter work in order to attain higher satisfaction (Acker, 2012). In this, they use CustomerRelationship Model (CRM) in their process in order to define new and effective ways to interactwith their customers. For this, they develop staff members to attain clients so that they easilyprovide them better satisfaction. This essay will discuss about managing people at work whichhelps in enhancing the overall performance of company. For better management of humanresource of it is manager duty to recruit experiences business professional within theirorganization. With the help of this, HR department uses better policies to manage their workers1
