INTRODUCTION Human resource consider as an important assets through which company can easily attainsuccess at market place. In this context, HR practices are also important for businessorganization which define appropriate guidance to firm in order to maintain proper coordinationamong every department (human resource management (HRM), 2017). With the help of this,organization can easily execute plan in systematic manner. Present report is based on MotherLondon, is a creative business organization. The main motive of this business is to producecommercial ads for cinemas and online output as well. Report is discussed about role of HRpractices with the purpose of supporting different forms of capital. As it play prime role inoverall success of Mother London. Along with this, theoretical perspectives is also mentioned inthis report which helps in evaluating the HR practices. Link between HR strategy and business isalso mentioned in this assignment. At the last, key legislation is also discussed here. TASK 2a) Role of HR practices in supporting the different forms of capital and how these havecontribute to the success of motherHR practices are one of the important aspect for every business organization whichprovide support to firm to execute entire activities in most effective manner. Mother London isfamous company which was established in 1996. In their initial year, company was havingapprox 40 customers and some high profile brand as well. As company is a creative organizationwhich produce ads for television and cinemas as well (Kuda and Berankova, 2014). Currently,company has approx 280 people. The main aim of this company is to make creative andattractive commercial advertisement for cinema, live events, online outputs and many more.Along with this company also give opportunities those people who are creative in nature. Inaddition of this, HR practices in company is also play important role in executing businessactivities in systematic manner. All these can be understood by following in context of capital: Human Capital: It is a measure of the economic values which is relate with employeesskills and knowledge. In this, human capital is evaluate with the assistance of workers qualitywithin the organization. This will contribute in improving overall productivity level of thecompany. On the other side, human capital invested by the company through educations andraining which may leads in improving overall business activities in most effective manner.1
