INTRODUCTION
Managing people in organisations is also named as human resource management which
includes different activities like recruitment, management and directing all employees within the
organisation. In a company it is very important to manage all workers so all people working in
the company should have different skills patience, flexibility and so on. Management of people is
beneficial for a company because it leads an organisation to achieve success. An organisation
can achieve success only if all people are been managed well. The below report is based on Ikea.
It is the world's largest retailer dealing in furniture(Østergaard, 2020).The company was founded
by Ingvar Kamprad in 1943. The report involves leadership styles and their uses with respect to
business, organisational structure, culture and relationship among both and research on legal
requirements in context with equal opportunities and advantages of diversity.
MAIN BODY
Compare and contrast management and leadership styles and their uses in business
Leadership is defined as the concept of motivating all people working in the organisation
to achieve a common goal. In context with leadership styles it means a way of directing,
implementing and providing motivation to all people. There are different type of leadership
styles like autocratic, transformational and so on. Mainly there are two approaches on which
these styles work and these are situational and behavioural approach. Management styles refers
to the way in which all managers makes certain decisions, do planning and implement overall
work in order to fulfil all goals. In context with Ikea, it is been explained as below:-

goals and objectives and at every point
of time they are willing to achieve to
