INTRODUCTION
In organisation it is important to manages people in terms of providing optimum
resources, setting work regulations and provide platform to generate better positive outcomes by
employees (Andreadis, Garza-Reyes and Kumar., 2017). Leadership styles is leader's method by
providing guidance, directing and motivating people towards specific task. Through different
leadership styles are exhibited by leaders within political and business or other field.
As per Assessment 2 report, the organisation is selected Asda Stores is a British
Supermarket chain, it is headquarter in Leeds, England. The company was founded in 1949 when
Asquith family their retail business (Arar., 2017). In topic are covered about leadership and
management styles in business context, three factors are covering such as organisation structure,
organisation culture, relationship among organisational culture and structure chosen business. To
effectively explore about legal requirement where equal opportunity and benefits of diversity at
workplace.
MAIN BODY.

business.
Overview and Leadership and Management Styles:
Leadership style is refers about specific leader's characteristics and behaviour at the time
of directing, motivating, guiding and managing group of people. Great leaders which can inspire
to political improvement and better social changes. It can be classified on basis of behavioural
approach or situational approach (Bendix,., 2019). Leadership styles works on two major
approach such as Behavioural and Situational Approach, In perspective of Asda Stores leader's
they used to approach leadership styles on the basis of situation according.
Management Styles defines about set of principles which mainly demonstrate about
methods, abilities and techniques about manager which is use to handling situation on expressing
leadership within organisation. In the management styles managers are use to approach different
managerial activities along with effective decision making on optimum communicating factor.
