Fraser food is one of the popular family firms in Bishopton and this firm mainly provides the customer
ready meal. The demand for this private limited company is very high due to customers who are working
in a factory near this firm. This Organisation has grown by raising the Greenfield production facility
purpose. Due to a busy lifestyle in UK majority of people prefers the tasty and well prepared ready
meals.
The major goal of this Organization is to provide the customers high quality ready meals and
ensure the commitment of innovation and services to maintain proper relationship with the
Customers.
This Organisation also wants to achieve dignity, respect and effective business culture make by
making long term partnership with its potential suppliers.
Another Goal of Fraser Food is to develop the staffs y providing proper training and skill
development for increasing the opportunities as well as overall Organisational performance.
Every business Organisation has their specific goals and to achieve this goal successfully Organisation
uses various objectives so those objective are more specific1. The Organisation has two major goals such
as Official goal and operative goal and these are urgent to manage the day to day workforce in an efficient
manner. The official goal of Fraser food is to achieve success by providing high-quality meals and service
to the customers. Another hand operative goal of this Organisation is to increase the number of
experienced and skilled employees to manage operation proficiently. This company will target all the
publics as a customer and the secondary goal of this organization is to satisfy each and every customer by
providing finest quality food and service.
There are some differences between objectives and goals. Objective refers to the specific result and that
mainly helps an Organisation or individual to achieve the final goal. On the other hand Goal is the final
outcome so that selection of objective is important for all the business Organisation in achieving the goal2.
The objectives are more specific than goals. Goal has the broad scope but the objective has narrow scope.
The goals are intangible but objectives are tangible. The company can change its objective on the basis of
market environment and Organisational requirement. Organizational goals are long term but the
objectives are short term. Fulfillment of objective provides the Organisation specific advantages and
opportunities that help to achieve the goals effectively.
The objective of Fraser food is to provide training and skill development program to the employee to
improve the working excellence. Management will measure the performance of each and individual
employees. The target of this training program is easily achievable for this organization. The experienced
HR executives and other staffs have the ability to update their knowledge and skills effectively3. Fraser
food needs 6 month of time to complete the training program perfectly. Another objective of the

Organisation is to make an effective relationship with its supplier that helps to achieve dignity and
respect. In this regard, all the business firms use various corporate strategies to fulfill its goal proficiently.
Answer to Question No- 2
Every business Organisation has a specific Organisational structure and all the employees and
management has their specific responsibility to continue business operation perfectly4. The Fraser food
has three directors such as Managing Director, Finance Director and Operational Director. The main
responsibility of managing director is to manage the business process and employees by ensuring quality
and Hygiene. The managing director manages the local suppliers and maintains food quality. The
operation director has the responsibility to manage the workforce and fulfill the Organisational
requirements to continue the operation in a successful manner5. Robin Fraser is the operation director of
this company and he manages the overall production process and maintains Organisational sundered. The
finance director manly gathers financial data from the senior managers and evaluates the financial
performance of the Organisation. The main responsibility of Laura Bolton is to manage Human resource
managers and purchasing process of the company. The directors of this firm also take the decision to
improve profit margin as well as Organisational brand image.
